B.Have just returned from my first day trip with Klarners Coaches to Deal Castle lunch included my complete compliments to the driver John for his driving and total knowledge given on route, to the excellent lunch in all an all round brilliant day. B.I have just recently been on a day trip and want to say that even in these difficult times of covid 19 I felt very safe and reassured that Klarners had done all they could to make my coach trip safe. Not only were the passengers seated at a social distance I understand that the air conditioning system had a filter fitted to clean and purify the air before it was circulated back into the coach. The driver was a friendly well informed brilliant coach driver.There were a few tight squeezes on some of the narrow country roads.
E. L.I spoke to Graham quite last minute to book a coach for a Christmas staff party from Colchester to London. Graham was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was more than happy to answer all my questions I had via phone and email (I pestered him with plenty of both, but he was patient at all times). The other staff members I spoke to were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their prices were amazing in comparison to other companies that I had quotes from, and we also received our cleaning deposit back which made it even cheaper still! We had the 49 seat coach which was amazingly comfortable. The driver, John, was polite, very well-dressed and very professional. We finished our event earlier than expected; however after a text message, John was more than happy to arrive earlier and pick us up. It was amazing to know that we were able to safely travel to and from London on a Saturday night and the early hours of Sunday morning, with no worries at all. Thank you so much, and we look forward to using you again! I highly recommend using Klarners Coaches!
