Do some good deals. Staff are friendly and helpful. Had an issue with their cruise miles as we had taken advantage of their offers. However when we came to use them we were told that we couldn't use that many. We queried this as it wasn't in the terms and conditions on the certificate. In fact, in big letters it says' absolutely no catches. Use on your next cruise'. They had to refund us after I pointed this out. I just would rather not have all this hassle when booking a holiday. They didn't seem sorry, just resentful that they had to give us a refund.

We knew which cruise and cabin we wanted and also knew that the coin was available so ROL did not have to sell it to us - we booked with them because of the standard discount of cruise miles and the fact that by chance, a card arrived in the post that morning telling us of special discounts on offer. The sales agent we spoke to spoke very fast with everything and obviously had a check list to get through and was determined to do this as quickly as possible. I had to ask for the special discount to be applied and it seemed to me that it would not have been offered unless I asked. Many minutes of terms and conditions were gabled at me and no copy was every emailed. Sales agents need to remember that they may have sold many cruises that day, I have only purchased one and hence should be dealt with as a individual. We have purchased from ROL before and no doubt will do so again despite their style.
