Have been a regular visitor to the centre and always received a warm welcome from Laura. She will be greatly missed. Both interested in local history and both attended UEA. She is capable of a much higher position I think. I recommend some postgraduate work, perhaps a phD, where you can write a book length thesis and have it assessed. A good way to start publishing, and many students do this, but she probably knows this already. My very best wishes for the future. Tim

The Coventry Visitor Information Centre has very helpful staff. On our day visit to Coventry Ragini who works at the centre helped us to explore all the main sights in Coventry, providing us with all info and maps needed. She even helped us to find great post cards!

Popped in here twice recently. Both people I spoke to were a wealth of knowledge about what to see and how to get places and gave great tips about things I would otherwise have missed. One lady was even able to give local history accounts which made for very interesting listening.

Popped in the other day regarding how to find somewhere that I hadn't been to for a while the staff Caroline and Raggs we're most helpful and very friendly nothing was too much trouble they even let me charge my phone up in the kiosk as my battery was dead!!
