We travelled from White Street Coach Park on Saturday 30th April to The Lake District. Our Driver Mark got us safely there and back and around our excursions. Mark is is a very calm, professional driver. He is very courteous of other road users stopping where possible to let traffic pass so cars were not "stuck" behind us too long on the narrow county lanes. We were all very impressed with how Mark dealt with a very tricky situation in which a local Bus had to reverse to make room for each of us to pass. Bravo too to the local Bus driver 👏 Mark is very good at organising and managing the schedule of our journeys and stop of points and readjusting the journey due to not being able to get through certain streets. He did wonders considering he was supposed to be driving a smaller coach which wasn't available. Thank you Mark for looking after us. A big thumbs up to Harry Shaw 👍

A well well organised trip to Belgium. I really enjoyed the the visit to Antwerp and Bruges; very beautiful and clean. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Our driver (Jimmy) was very jovial which made the trip even better. We encountered delays on the way there but he kept us informed at every step of the journey thus lessening the stress and anxiety. Keep up the brilliant work Jimmy. 👏 👍

We had a great time with Harry Shaw travel, from 1/8/22 to 5/8/22 hotel Armagh City Hotel was a 3 star but should of been a 4 star.. The only down fall was the journey back. Out ferry was booked for 14 45 which got us back to our destination very late at night . We all would of appreciated being on the earlier ferry at 12 45... But a great time was had by all ...

Blackpool 14 2022. Driver very good and helpful with my dad due to visual impairment. Hotel clean comfortable and food good. Close to town centre which was ideal for us. 2nd year with Harry Shaw and hopefully next year too. Only criticism and it's only minor is the pick up at Hilton Park would be better in walsall but understand the logistics of it.

We have just had a holiday to devon/looe and polperro. Our driver was Richard from coach leases. He was brilliant. Great driver and really friendly. Overall our holiday was fantastic from getting on the coach in coventry to arriving back home 5 days later. Good value and so relaxing. Asley court hotel was lovely and the food was amazing. Would certainly recomend and hope to go on another trip with you again soon

Excellent service throughout, drivers Mark and Wayne a credit to the company but perhaps using the channel tunnel may have saved a lot of time outbound and returning from the Rhine trip due to French customs being very slow with lack of staff and ferry delays coursing very long journeys arriving very late at hotel and we being third drop of coming home and that was 11.00 pm no idea when the other 35 got home

Just returned from Disneyland Paris with Harry Shaw. This trip was originally booked in 2020 but because of covid was cancelled, I believe this was the first trip that has been run to Disneyland since the outbreak. Although the journey on the coach and ferry was tiring (although we fully expected this) we were able to travel comfortably in a brand new bus which was very comfortable. We couldn't have had a better driver than Jimmy, we felt very safe with him, he explained everything to us when leaving coach to board ferry he was very friendly and helpful and interacted brilliant with the children on board. Hotel was what we expected (Sequoia lodge) probably could do with update but room was large and clean.

Just returned from a fabulous trip to Scotland. Our driver Martin was absolutely great,a superb driver and wonderful entertainer,looked after us all .The Rob Roy Hotel was very pleasant, with very hard working staff.The food at the hotel was excellent. We took in Edinburgh (a bit wet,but we can't control that),the Falkirk Wheel (incredible piece of engineering) the Kelpies and Lock Lomond. All in all,hubby and I had a great time ,the other parties on the coach were lovely friendly people. Can't wait for our next trip just need to decide where to go.x

on trip with Harry Shaw, driver lovely, Harry shaw staff on phone great, booking fine, but stopped at holiday inn hoylake, well what can I say staff no idea what was going on, lift broke, varous older people not happy, evening meal, included was awful, no choice!! went elsewhere for food, dreading breakfast, 😒, what can I say !!

Just come back from a lovely weekend even though it snowed and rained ,York Scarborough and Whitby couldn't fault it the hotel was great, food was perfect and the entertainment was fab in the evening ,even had a game of Bingo lol but best of all was Jimmy our Driver he was a great chap and knew alot about the places we were visiting he was very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for everyone. . Wouldn't hesitate going again

Just returned from Loch Lomond 5 day tour Hotel Rob Roy was Fantastic all round .Paula our Coach Driver made our holiday so interesting telling us about so many things and nothing was too much trouble. We all felt very safe with her careful driving.

Well you certainly gave us a pleasurable experience Harry Shaw, you took me and the girls on a fab hen party weekend last week. Driver was incredibly professional and funny and went the extra mile. Will hire again and also looking forward to our Disney trip in the summer. Forgot to add that we had lost property left on the coach but the customer service was great and the gentleman in the office sorted this out straight away.

Returned from German Rhine and cologne trip had a lovely time. Lovely comfortable coach, lovely driver Mike. Stayed in the Wagner Hotel which was comfortable very clean and a nice German atmosphere lovely food they even provided a meal for us when we arrived at the hotel at 11.30pm. We enjoyed the trips on offer especially the Rhine cruise. Would definitely recommend this trip.

I hired a coach from this company for a day trip to Swindon, from Hinckley, for the STEAM attraction and for Christmas shopping at the designer outlet in November. George, our driver for the day, was brilliant. Very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The timings for the day were spot on, we stopped in Morton in Marsh for coffee. The coach was excellent and spotlessly clean. The ladies enjoyed the shopping and the gentlemen, plus some of the ladies, enjoyed a guided tour of the steam museum which was very informative. There was time for a meal at the outlet centre as well. Everyone agreed it was a very pleasant day out and money was raised for the Salvation Army to use on Christmas Day. Genuinely 5 star!

First time with Harry Shaw,Keswick and the Lakes! Gorgeously fantastic driver Saab! Non stop fun,care,and professionalism,Saab has set the standard for me!Everyone was a little bit in love with him at the end,and playing 'We'll meet again',as we came into the home straight,well,tears in many eyes!Nothing was too much trouble,even tho' the group was in two hotels.Excursion wise,the Kirkstone Pass was excellently scary,for Saab as well,as was his first time! Don't know how Harry Shaws can do all this for the price,food excellent in the Georgian hotel in Blackpool,look forward to next years holiday,thank you,Harry Shaw.xx

My daughter and I went on the Emmerdale Studio Tour with shopping in York. Coach was on time picking us up, (driver Richard) early in fact and after doing several other pick ups dropped us in York for about 5 hours shopping, sight seeing etc, brilliant. Stayed at the Britannia Hotel in Leeds overnight which I wouldn't recommend, food dire, room cold and shower cold, everything is looking very tired and shabby, needs a complete makeover. We were dropped off in Leeds after breakfast on Sunday (9.45am) as some of our party weren't doing the Emmerdale Tour but were spending the day in Leeds. It being a Sunday there were no shops open at that time and we had to be back at the coach for 11.30am so literally didn't have any time for shopping, complete waste of time, just wandered round aimlessly, and it was cold!! The Studio tour though was brilliant and all in all a great weekend, but the hotel let everything down, maybe time to find an alternative?
