B. P.Holiday was a complete let down. Food was cold first 3 days and repetitive. Improved slightly after that and was heated properly. Children and a number of adults pushing and shoving at the food stations and adults not supervising them. Child using chocolate sauce over his ice cream and then putting bottle in his mouth and squeezinb sauce into it. Staff took bottle away when told. Staff did their best to control them. Bar closed at 10pm and then you could use the night club which was open from 10pm till 11pm. Limited drinks in night club bar. Then you were being rushed to finish your drinks and get out. Karaoke allowed 3 people to sing. No entertainment. No shows . Nothing. Hotel however was spotlessly clean with cleaners around regularly in common areas and toilets. Staff on reception were nice and some in bar areas. Could have done with teaching younger bar staff how to pour a pint as they hadnt a clue and it meant beer was flat with no head on it. Lovely position for old town and not too far from sunny beach.all in all very poor holiday but lovely hotel. Would return to Bulgaria but not this hotel.
