We have just run two very successful tours with Rayburn Tours. Attention to detail was impressive and customer service was excellent from start to finish. We did come across a couple of teething problems which were out of Rayburn Tours' control however they sorted them professionally and with ease on our behalf. Would definitely recommend the company

In May of this year our choir, and guests,consisting of 67 passengers were due to travel to Malta to complete a concert tour. Much to our disappointment, due to the Co-Vid 19 pandemic the tour had to be cancelled. We had invested over £40,000 into this tour with Rayburn Tours. You can imagine the concerns and uncertainty amongst our party!would we be reimbursed etc? I don't write reviews very often but I am happy to highlight the exceptional service we received from Rayburn Tours. Throughout these unprecedented, uncertain times the staff kept us informed and updated on a regular basis and ensured the welfare of our party was their primary concern. They answered all our queries in a professional manner and alayed all our financial fears, ensuring our funds were secure. Indeed we received a full refund 5 months earlier than anticipated. I will have no hesitation in using Rayburn Tours for our future tours, when normality resumes. Once again a very big thank you to all the staff at Rayburn Tours for their exceptional customer service and professional help and advice. Well done all.

This year I worked for Rayburn Tours as a ski rep and I can't praise them highly enough. The staff were extremely helpful and always kept in contact with me to ensure everything about our ski trip was operating successfully. All the other Rayburn ski reps were just as friendly and helpful. Having also used Rayburn for my own schools ski trips, I have found them to be extremely accommodating and extremely professional. The three trips we have run with them have always been extremely well organised and made things as easy as possible for the party leader to ensure the trips run smoothly. Would happily recommend using them if you are planning on running a ski trip.

Our 2019 Sports Tour to Belgium was our first experience of booking a sports tour with Rayburn Tours. From initial meeting to explore the products on offer, to ongoing support throughout the planning stage and then tour delivery, every aspect filled us with confidence. The result was an amazing tour encompassing the correct balance between sport and culture which meant that both students and staff had an amazing experience. Having dedicated staff to look after our initial choice (Gemma), creating and amending our bespoke itinerary (Abigail) and to join us on our tour as a rep (Julie) ensured that everything went smoothly. Although we have run many successful sports tours over the years with different companies, we will definitely be returning to Rayburn to book our next one.
