We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It was so well organised and the guides were so good. We were made to feel rather special as we were herded into the facility, with everyone greeting us and all traffic stopping for us. It was very interesting and informative, with packages moving around on conveyors. Well worth the visit, with a cute little momento as a bonus.

Tour on Monday 24th February at LBA2. Great tour. Thoroughly enjoyed by our entire group from 8 years to 38 years! Our guides we’re excellent Neil and his two colleagues, were upbeat, clued up and full of great stories and anecdotes about their time at Amazon. The tour is about 1 hour 15 mins And we saw the picking and packing Process from start to finish- dispelling the myth that only robots work for Amazon! Lots of people were working and “fulfilling” the thousands of orders a day. But the robots that they do use are fascinating. Tie your hair back and wear comfy shoes as you walk about a mile in the entire time you are there, as the centre is the largest in the UK. The tour is free and is interesting for all the family.

Amazing place - fascinating tour. Gary, Neil and Larisa were excellent. Very knowledgeable and with a good sense of humour. Definitely would recommend and will be back with some friends!

Surprisingly interesting and a fairly in depth tour around the working warehouse. I get that Amazon is fighting some negative PR and so it is in their interest to promote positivity. I would recommend it as long as you keep an open mind as to the end goals of why the tour exists. There was an opportunity to answer questions and all the amazon tour staff were very friendly. Note you need to go down Iport ave, then right onto railport way and then right, then right again. Google maps will ask you to turn right on Iport Ave which will result in you going the wrong way down a one way exit to the car park.

It was an interesting visit, however because we used the Postcode to get there Google Maps sent us to a different depot entirely. The instructions on how to get there and on site signage need to be clearer. It's an enormous place and there are several depots nearby. So I suggest you use 'Amazon Fulfilment Centre Tours (LBA2)' to search Google Maps or Google plus code FVPX+87 or 'What 3 Words' nightlife.february.twee You might then get there on time and without upsetting your fellow attendees before the visit.
