Went to Tui inside Next to enquire about a cruise, spoke with Erin who was very helpful booking it for us and also Jen was exceptionally knowledgeable on the ship we are going on showing us photos of the ship and giving us information on the holiday, I also spoke to Jen at a later date and she was able to assist us upgrading our cabin to a balcony cabin, I would like to thank both girls for their excellent customer service. I also would like to add that as I’m not comfortable with doing it all online Jen has said for me to call in a few days before I go and she will check in for me and print everything I need which is one less thing for me to worry about, thank you girls for your much appreciated help 😊

Thank you for the help you provided when we had a problem with private taxi service from Tenerife south airport to resort. One phone call and less than two weeks later our refund was paid.
