Reviews of Edinburgh City Pass
Had a phenomenal time using my Edinburgh city pass! Was able to enter all the venues smoothly with the card. Also, found a great side walking trip that was detailed in the guide. The views from the top of Scott monument was breathtaking. I would not have gone up without the pass. Would recommend as an easy and affordable way to enjoy Edinburgh!
Edinburgh city pass is a must do for anybody wanting to get the most out of a short holiday in Edinburgh.
I lived in Edinburgh for a number of years and always loved playing the tour guide to friends and family that would come visit. The Edinburgh city pass wasn’t around back then however.
This time round I was back with my partner from New Zealand and wanted to show him a bunch of things that I’d grown to love over the years. The Edinburgh city pass includes loads of things that were already ‘must do’s’ on my list but also things I’d never even think off.
As I remember, there’s about 20 things to do on the pass, and it’s incredible value for money.
It’s easy to use too. It was all electronic and I could just whip out my phone for the staff at the each venue for them to scan it.
Already recommended the city pass to friends that are visiting Edinburgh over the festival period.
10/10 would recommended and this is coming from someone that’s done it all in Edinburgh.
My family and I have just returned from Edinburgh, absolutely delighted that we purchased the city pass. Great way to encourage you to take advantage of as many attractions as you can do! We enjoyed the Bright bus tour, Dynamic Earth, the Edinburgh Dungeons, the zoo, and a quick game of scrapyard golf! This was over 2 days! Saved quite a bit of money. Would easily do it again, as even more to see! Highly recommend the Edinburgh City Pass.
We got the Edinburgh city pass for 2 days while we were up there for a mini holiday, and were really impressed with how many attractions it included, and for a great price. Well worth getting and planning your trips and attractions. I would definitely go back and use the pass again because there is still so much that I'd like to see and do.
Great way to see more of Edinburgh and a great way to save money when visiting! We really enjoyed the city bus tour and edinburgh dungeons as well as other unusual attractions. We did have one query about the city pass and were really pleased with the speedy response received. We would highly recommend.
I'm from Edinburgh and I used the city pass to see some of the tourist attractions I'd always meant to visit but had never got round to. The Gilmerton Cove is particulalry interesting and strange (and well worth the trip out of the city centre). The Georgian House and Newhailes House were also fascinating for those interested in history and architecture/design. I was also very impressed with the wide range of attractions included in the pass. Highly recommended!
