Rather pleasantly surprised by the excellent service that I received from this Edinburgh travel agent. I was struggling to find a suitable place to stay on my work trip to Edinburgh, made harder by the fact that I had never been so didn't know the city at all. After asking me what I was looking for, Edlets sent info about a few flats in different areas that they thought matched by needs then called me to talk it over!! At their suggestion I booked one of the flats in the New Town district and it's been an absolutely perfect stay so far. Highly recommended!!

Just booked a 10 bed apartment for the Edinburgh Festival. We are performers. Edlets gave us a credit voucher because the festival was cancelled which we feel was fair as Scotland was not on lock down. We then could not come to the festival last year so they allowed us to extend it to this year. Fingers crossed we have seen the end of covid lock downs and we can all enjoy a great festival this year.

My family had to move out of our Edinburgh home for 1 month as we had a flood! The insurance company paid which was lucky but Edlets were wonderful from start to finish, they dealt with the insurance company so we didn't have to and found an apartment that was within what the insurance company were happy to pay. The stay was excellent because the whole experience was wonderful. From talking to Edlets and hearing their lovely Scottish voices to being sent a range of apartments that suited our needs and then booking a place on The Royal Mile then staying with that unbelievable view! Really happy with the service I received at edlets. I have previously used Airbnb when travelling but there was no service at all. At Edlets they gave me advice on where to stay with a huge selection of well priced apartments. Their system is set up so you get individual offers from the owners once you have given them criteria so it does mean you get a few emails but it saves you the time to do the searching yourself! In the end I spoke to their Edinburgh customer service guys and they helped me nail down a place close to where we needed to be (and they gave advice on the best bars and tourist traps to avoid ;) Definitely recommended if you want great service from a company who know Edinburgh really well.

Edits have been brilliant this festival, I love the way I can just choose who I rent to and how much I want to charge. I rent out my own home so I have to make sure the guests are going to look after it, Edlets always call the guests and do the negotiating for me, they always make sure I get the right sort of guests.
