v. s.I found my bag thag I lost on the bus. Thanks to the driver who handed it over. You have to book a prior appointment online and pay a charge of 2£ when claim your item within two day. They store the lost and found in a porter cabin for a maximum of four weeks so make sure you collect it ASAP.
