Our experience could have not been better! Chris is an excellent professional! Achieved almost the impossible! Got my wife and myself to play at St Andrews with very short notice. After having recovered from a very tough medical condition, this has been the 2nd time I have witnessed my wife cry out of joy :) we could have never imagined that we were going to be able to play at St Andrews! Chris was there for us to solve different doubts we had 24/7 and cared to check on us even after having played there :) We will be back in Scotland and will definitely count on Chris & Ultimate Golf Service!

I had the pleasure to work with Chris Syme at Ultimate Golf Service. With very little notice and a random call amd many emails Chris called me back and offered his services. When I told him what the goal and plan was everything was scheduled within a day (after I was able to give confirmation) Chris had very detailed knowledge of the course I asked for assistance to play, he booked a spa outing for my husband and a two night stay at the hotel we were hoping to stay at. He offered great ideas for our stay in the Edinburgh area, and was very pleasant and easy to work with. He confirmed and sent verification emails of all of the bookings and it really is not expensive. When he told me the price of his services I feel obligated to meet him and offer a gift. If it wasn't for Ultimate Golf Services and especially Chris planning this trip within a trip would have added much more stress than needed. That is priceless. He did all of the work and all I did was answer the phone amd confirm amd pay. That's it!!!! Thank you Chris Syme and Ultimate Golf Services. Top class for sure. We had a golfholiday in Edinburgh. Chris took care of all arrangements hotel, tee times and taxis. All this was done in a excellent way but what I really appreciate was his flexibility and willingness to rearrangements. We had a little bit bad luck with the weather but Chris reorganised out tee times and golf courses so that we could play everyday.
