Absolutely wonderful soaps with terrific scents. I don't need to use additional glycerine-based hand cream to keep my skin happy when I'm using Caurnie soaps. I love the history of the business and the process they used to create the soap, not to mention the staff who have always been friendly and helpful.

I have been buying Jim's beautiful soap for over a decade. I supply my clients who love it. Its fragrant, gentle and luxurious. I have eczema so I require a natural product. Jim nails it with this wonderful ancient celtic recipe. Get some...I promise all your friends abdrelatives will adore it. I love to gift it.

Bought some nettle soap on an impromptu visit to Edinburgh at the farmers market. Went back a few months later and visited the ever so small factory. It was like going back in time to when things were done properly. Bought so much soap on our visit almost 3 years ago, that we still have enough for at least another 3 years. Amazing soaps that smell, look, clean so amazingly well. Helped my eczema and psoriasis disappear. We use it daily. Definitely 10/10.

I bought a few bars of nettle soap at a market in Edinburgh before lock down. It has been amazing at calming and stopping itchy skin and eczema. The bars lasted ages but sadly I have now run out. I will be investing again soon!

By far the best soap I have ever used. After having received a sample from a farmers market, I thought I would give it a whirl and haven't looked back since. I have now been using Caurnie soap for several years after always having issue with allergies using other soaps and shower gels - thank goodness for Caurnie!

I bought a bar of the nettle soap because I usually have dry skin & psoriasis. The soap is fantastic! It really kept my hands in great condition & it lasted for a while too - well worth the money.

This is the best soap that I have ever used. The nettle one is brilliant for my psoriasis. I would recommend this maker to anyone. My grandkids love the soap as well as it is so gentle on their skin.

No question this is the best soap that I have ever encountered, fantastic organic produce. In an age where so much of what is good is lost in large scale production, this is quite the opposite, an artisanal product produced with care and tradition. Without hesitation I would recommend this product.

I love Caurnie Soaps its hard to find organic soap in scotland and I came across James whose family have been making soap for over 100 yrs my favourite is nettle moisturiser and also Patchuli Soap which is very rare to find patchuli nowadays. Give Caurnie Soaps a try you won't be disappointed, also im sure he does tour of is soap workshop. Thanks. Dianne

Wonderful soap I've used for years and don't travel without it. I especially like the geranium combinations. I like to buy it cut from the blocks from the lovely lady who comes to the market in Perth.

I suffer from Rosacea and have tried various creams without success, until now. I have been using the nettle moisturiser for a year and have had no outbreaks at all. I highly recommend this to everyone especially Rosacea sufferers.

I have had the scented pleasures of using Caurnie Soaps since 2003 when I first met Jim Little at the Edinburgh Farmers Market at Castle Terrace. My skin has changed requirements in 16 years (as it does for all of us) but the gentle cleaning of his organic glycerine soaps has been a constant. Extremely friendly and infinitely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

This historic soapworks is amazing the works date back to 1922 , the products are fantastic and the famous NETTLE soaps and creams have been helping sufferers for nearly a Century , I was informed by the fifth generation owner James Little that all his products are available at all farmers markets in Scotland ,and online James jealously guards the recipes for his products well worth a visit
While there I bought some NETTLE soaps and right away my eczema started to calm down you can visit the works on a Tuesday morning at canal Street kirkintilloch near Glasgow , meet James and step back in thyme and purchase some of the products a great day out *****

First bought this product from the market outside Edinburgh Castle, Jim was there and he was so lovely and helpful, I have since been to the workshop and it was amazing, and so quaint it felt like I had stepped back in time, and the smells were fab, the soaps are amazing very soft and gentle on the skin with a great lather and the shower gel was also very good, The Caurnie Soaperie produce fantastic products it is a real gem and I would recommend them to anyone 😃
