This company is amazing so glad we booked with them they could not do enough for you , as soon as we got of the plane were there to help straight away till the end of the holiday . The Santa Claus 🎅🏼 experience was out of this world the kids loved it and they are 11-15-17 years old I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to go to Lapland we did the three days two nights trip wish we did more . We are going to return very soon as it was that good but not do the Santa bit again I could go on and on but I will just show you the photos . The Fortuna Family would like to say Thankyou very much for a great holiday . 🎅🏼🎅🏼🎅🏼🎅🏼

We went on the Winter Wonderland day trip in Dec 2018.
Firstly, you need to be aware that Santa Claus Trips are agents for the Transun travel group and are not an independent travel operator.
It was what we had expected a very long day getting up at 4.30am and getting back home at 1.30am the following day!!
We flew out from Birmingham on Tui airlines and the flight took around 3 hours while on board the captain and the crew kept us entertained and feed.
Due to lack a snow fall we were very concerned that the planned activates would have to be altered, however it had snowed the day before so there was a fresh covering of snow… Phew!!
Once we had arrived at Enontekiö airport (which is one of the smallest airports I've ever seen) we were quickly lead to one of the 6 waiting coaches and 15 minutes later we had stopped so we could pick up and change into thermal suit and boots. As ours was the first coach to arrive we had the best choice, but speaking to others on the later coaches they felt the choice was limited and some suits didn’t fit and their boots leaked.
By this time the little light when we arrived had started to fade into darkness. (at this time of year Lapland only has a few hours of daylight).
Then it was back on the coach for about another half hour journey.
We arrived at our destination which was off the main road and next to a frozen lake and next to it were a crop of building with some big overhead floodlights.
It was suggested by our Rep that we had something to eat first and then we could visit Santa, but was told to eat quickly and not to be more than 20 minutes!!
We proceeded to where we needed to queue to see Santa but unfortunately this is where the issues started to descend into a bit of farce. As we were eating our meal the rest of the coaches had arrived and this is when the disorganisation began to unfold. Other people had of course started to wait to see Santa so our Rep suggested that we go off and do another activity and come back in half an hour. As you may now be thinking and you’d be right as when we returned after having a husky sled taster journey (which took approximately 5 minutes and entertained a few snowball fights with the children) the queue had now in got longer. Parents were now starting to complain about the wait and also the fact that they had been told to go away and come back. The whole situation could have been avoided by giving each coach an allocated time slot, or even given people waiting a numbered ticket so on your return you could re-join the queue at the point you had left it!!
Finally, we did get to see a very English Santa Claus and his elves after a trip around the frozen lake in a sledge been pulled by a snowmobile. Santa was brilliant taking time talking to both of our boys and it definitely was the highlight of our trip.
We also managed to do the snowmobile taster trip (once again less than 5 minutes) and the reindeer taster trip (about 2 minutes).
Finishing off with boys doing some tobogganing.
As a real bonus we even got the see the Northern Lights while on the plane trip home
Our family enjoyed our Lapland day trip but to be perfectly honest I would have suggested going for a couple of days, as you wouldn’t feel the trip was so rushed.
Make sure you pack warm hats, ski gloves, head torches, thick socks and thermals.

Yesterday we had a little jolly over to Lapland to see the big man himself. I originally booked with another agent that went bust so this was a very last minute booking so that I didn’t have to let my son down. I was a little worried when I found some rather negative reviews but if you feel the same way when reading the reviews, don’t.
The entire day was nothing short of magical from start to finish. You’re looked after from the moment you get off the plane to the minute you’re dropped back at the airport. Nobody rushes you to do anything, there are enough activities to keep you busy for the entire day, and best of all there aren’t many queues.
Every part of the day was an absolute joy and we’ll never forget any of it.
Some people complain that the flight isn’t very festive, but I guess they fail to take in to account that the flight is a charter flight, and not an in house one.
Thank you for a wonderful day and I suspect we’ll be booking again for next year just as soon as this Christmas is out of the way.

I would like to thank my agent Bethney Cook who was very patient and always prompt to help. It is definitely a different experience when you have an agent prompt to help instead of a rushed service . Thank you for looking after us Bethney! We went for the Enchanting Lapland day trip and as advised by Bethney it was no extras, a very special resort and very much private, there was no queues and the experience was unique and incredible, it definitely exceeded my expectations, no delays and it all flowed really well on the day, we even had time to relax for two hours on the restaurant lounge.
