Excellent service as usual. Making bookings and alterations to existing bookings made easy by a great staff. When you leave shop you are confident everything is done correctly. This, to me is far easier than going online and then wondering if I have done the booking correctly. Any problems can be dealt with face to face with a real person interested in your holiday. Special thanks to Pamela who always has time to talk and advise. Will keep using this shop.

We had a great family holiday this year in Majorca as Debbie is always choosing the best place for our family holidays! We have booked a lot of holidays & I feel this store has the most friendly staff although we always use Debbie as she knows her stuff! I’d recommend this store as they have so much experience!

Oh my word!!! Best experience ever! I had the fear re COVID booking a holiday to Cyprus to see my bff! Not long back from a fantastic holiday at the Rui Pariaso in Lanzarote, I had, never been to the island, but this came highly recommended by Debbie and was everything she said it would be and more, beautiful resort, fabulous hotel, great food, lovely staff.
