C. O.Exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a fixed idea of what we’d see/do in Glasgow and they made some great recommendations to incorporate into the plan. Conveniently located (you’ll probably wander down Buchanan St anyway) so pop in and get some pointers on what to see in Glasgow.
B. -.Our flight got canceled and we got put on an earlier flight but had no of transportation to get to the airport that early. Staff was incredibly helpful and continued to help us even after we left the store, asking to get back in because the figured more out. Thanks to them we were able to get a taxi even though most where already fully booked!
M. A.Very nice staff and very helpful. Came in to get some ideas of where to go and what to see. Maps were provided free of charge to guide us on our journey. Souvenirs if you want to support. Highly recommend you find one of these information centers in whatever city you find yourself!

R. M.Me and my friend came to Glasgow with no plan in mind! We only popped into the information center to get a map and Magda approached us being extreamly helpful giving us lots of information, leaflets, places to see and even booking us a tour to explore other areas of Scotland!
So would highly recommend popping in for a chat as staff there are amazingly helpful! 😁
B. M.Was a bit of a pain to find as my phone GPS decided not to work. Mall guards were happy to point us in the right direction. Desk attendant was helpful. They are losing a star because they cannot directly set you up with tours. They can only advise where to go. I have used these info places GeForce and have always been able to book guides through them.
