J. K.My partner and I came into the Gloucester branch not really knowing what holiday to book and where to go for the summer. Emma sat us down straight away and walked us through the different locations and resorts available. She was a massive help in helping us to decide what we wanted and is an absolute credit to TUI. We would definitely book through TUI again because of how helpful she was.
R. H.Visited Gloucester branch of Tui last week to unfortunately cancel our cruise due to serious illness of our mum. Laura dealt with us with compassion and understanding and said she would sort it out.
