We were lucky to be able to upgrade on board for £40 to a really nice cabin with a double bed plus a single. His upgrafe made all the difference giving us a comfortable and measurable journey. Benefits included floor space, decent toiletries and free drinks and crisps in the mini bar. Absolutely worth it. Plus on our return our cabin was slap bang at the front of the ship giving us enviable views. I do wish facilities on board were more varied, especially in regard of food, as I found this expensive and limited. Take a pack up if you don't want to double the costs of your travel.

Two day mini cruise from hull to Amsterdam via Rotterdam.. with coach transfer included we went for a cabin upgrade & it was worth it . The food on board isn't cheap but the brasserie is very nice ( the staff need to put a smile on there face though ) good live entertainment. The casino was a bit underwhelming..

We travel with our 3 children to Brugges and have 2 rooms.The price is good but rooms can become very stuffy.The waiting time to get on and off the ship is a very long process so its best not to rush in the morning!.All staff are always friendly and helpful and we always pay for the food...some people say its a little pricey but for what you get its really worth the money as lots of variety of fresh cooked foods.

Two weeks ago I and my partner travelled from Rotterdam to Hull on the Pride of Rotterdam. A pleasant surprise awaited us at the check in where we we given a free upgrade to a Club Cabin which was furnished with a regular double bed, a television, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar. Boarding onto the largely deserted ferry started early and was soon accomplished. Due to COVID the wearing of face masks was mandatory in the public areas and corridors which had a clearly marked out one way system. The evening meal was well organised with social distancing between the few passengers being maintained. The crew of the ferry were professional and friendly. The ferry departed early and although the bars were open and some entertainment was provided there was no problem of keeping our distance from other passengers. After a good nights sleep we arrived in Hull about 7 am and were soon disembarking through the immigration control where our pre printed government authorised contact forms along with passports had been checked we we soon on our way home to two weeks quarantine. We never felt at risk from contracting the virus.

A good overnight crossing between Rotterdam & Hull. I use it at least once a year to visit the UK as I now live in Germany. Eat somewhere before you get on the ferry as the food is decent but overpriced. It can get a bit noisy at night when rowdy people pass your cabin so don't expect a full night's sleep. Otherwise it's comfortable, clean, convenient and punctual. It even has entertainment, a casino and a cinema as well as an Irish bar. Wifi would be a bonus - other ferry companies have managed this.

Traveled to Rotterdam on the Pride of Hull. Very enjoyable. I think the boat could be in need of a refit. It's a bit dated. Staff friendly and helpful. Paid for a meal in the Kitchen on the first night and wasn't too impressed. Traveling home we tried the Brasserie which was more enjoyable for just about the same price. Upgraded to a club room on the owtward journey which was a lot more comfortable than the standard cabin. It's the seventh time I have done this trip and will definitely do it again.

The room that me and 3 others shared was an alright size as far as somewhere to sleep goes, however if you wanted to sit down it had to be on the bed. My bed was the folding down top bunk so of course my friend below me was folding it up whilst I was lying down. In addition the rooms air conditioning barely worked so we fried in our beds like the popcorn chicken on the buffet. The buffet was good with a wide range of mains and desserts. The gammon was tasty and you could eat as much as you liked. Unfortunately due to the ship’s rocking I was a little sick after my large amount of food. On the way back everything was a bit better, the air conditioning in our room actually worked and the buffet had some different options. For some reason, during the night the people in the room next to us, who were on the same trip as us were punching the thin wall between our rooms. I don’t think the wall was sturdy and it looked ready to break.

A party of 9 of us board this ferry to go to Amsterdam for 4 days. Rooms were very compact but clean. Food was buffet style, there was plenty of nice different types of food plus salads desserts plus eat. plus drinks .

They are what they are. Expensive crossing as a foot passenger. Bar prices not as bad as they used to be. Entertainment was absolutely atrocious except the Piano Man who was quite good but lacking any sort of personality. The buffet is a little better now that they have finally re-introduced the carvery. However, apart from curry there is precious little else to choose from.

Fantastic food, lovely & clean, staff helpful, takes far to long to disembark after arriving in dock. Not enough customs people for number of passengers. Arrived in Bruges at 11.30am & had to leave at 5 30pm. Not really enough time.

Great service on board, from booking in to loading to accommodation and meals, the staff are friendly and helpful. Great food. Pity the cinema has been removed on the Zeebrugge route. Cannot say the same for P&O Customer Services who cannot answer any questions outside of their stock answers.

Went from Hull to Zeebrugge and back this week and had a good crossing both ways. The food is great and the loading and unloading of cars is pretty slick. Big thank you to the lady on the Pride of Bruges yesterday who quickly moved us to a new cabin when we found ourselves surrounded by a coachload screaming teenagers running riot.

The only way to travel to Europe from Northern England. A bit pricey but saves a big drive south on the horrible congested roads of England. Food on the ferry is excellent. Rooms have been updated, but are still beyond basic. I guess there is not much you can do with a ferry to improve this though. To get 5 stars I would like to see better value for money on the food deals. You are a captive audience with very little choice and this is reflected in the price!

These ferry's are getting on now. Price could have been better and the food onboard was highly overpriced as to be expected I suppose. Also noticed it was quite dirty in certain areas. On a positive note we didn't sink, arrived on time and the staff seemed pleasant enough.

Recommend the club cabins for families of 5. Pride of Hull was nice and clean and the buffet 'The Kitchen' served up was excellent. Complimentary crisps, biscuits, soft drinks, wine and beer in the mini bar.

On board reastuant very expensive. £12 for full English breakfast...£13 with coffee or tea!!! Wifi £3 for 90 minutes. That's 90 continual minutes. So, once you start log on, it goes for 90 minutes.

If you're on The Pride of Rotterdam, expect a great experience. If you're on the Pride of Bruges, expect a life jacket as the ship's is swallowed by the sea.
