L. R.This service was great as my car was picked up from the front of the airport and the staff were very friendly. However, I was not aware I would have to pay another £7 to leave the front of the airport on my return, as I thought it was part of the package. Also I wasnt aware it was different to the main Meet and Greet, so a little confusing. Overall it was good.

R. F.All went great with my booking at Jetparks 3 at Manchester airport. The official site had no more places available but looking4.com had spaces and all went well. Because of some of the bad comments I contacted directly Jetparks to be sure that the booking was real and they reply positively. Good customer service and no surprises.
B.The collection was only marred by the distance to the parked position on Collection.
The location stated in the Office was deceiving, and took at least 10 mins to find.

L. B.Booking was easy to do. Needed to change the car we were taking online, we submitted the change but the the carpark wasn't notified. Not a big problem and it was easily rectified when arriving at the carpark.

h. i.The carpark open section wasn't explained properly. Also on arrival the barrier didn't recognise our car so we had to call the intercom give a ref number and reg which took over 5mins and the same when we got back. Wouldn't use again

S. R.I left a quite bad review for my previous booking (Car Parking Luton Airport - uncovered). This was almost a month ago and it still says "REVIEWS FOR THIS CAR PARK ARE COMING SOON!". Every single family being picked up that day were complaining and I'm adamant they all left negative reviews... I don't understand why these reviews are not published yet.
It doesn't speak well about Looking4Parking and/or Reevoo, to be honest.

m. c.Unfortunately booked this parking again due to business name change. Will never use again. They took £10 cash to enter and exit Heathrow (fine with this) then made us pay again to exit on return from holiday with the excuse "because of covid" which is rubbish as restrictions are easing. We are promised a refund of the exit price which we know we wont receive as we have no account with them and our last experience showed they do not keep to their word - they broke a door handle and said they would post it to us. Guess what - we never received it. Office/waiting area is dirty and stinks of cigarette smoke - this when smoking in buildings has been illegal for a lot of years. Avoid at all costs.

(We also had a 7am flight so public transport wouldn’t have been convenient). The only niggle is that I wish they would support with my EV’s low charge. Even if for a fee, they could have helped charge my car but they are not currently prepared for the world of electric cars.
A. I.It is a good service, but in case of the provider I chose the extra costs of transfer to the airport and back should be highlighted, because it is not a usual practice.

Also, he didn’t give me a chance to check the car over, my keyring was missing which he said was in the car, then he walked off - it wasn’t in the car. We called as soon as we had our baggage but still had to wait for him.

s. b.I thought it was supposed to be a fully automatic experience I.e. drive in with registration recognition and drive out with registration recognition. The paperwork stated that but it never happened.
I had to get a ticket on arrival was expecting to drive straight in with and on the way home I had to call the assistant as my bill was £660 (supposed to be £138) and couldn’t exit despite paperwork suggesting it would be automated exit!
It worries me but after some time the assistant found my car reg and let me leave.

However, I recently had to cancel a 4 night stay at Liverpool Airport and was charged a cancellation fee of £19 by Looking4Parking!! Update: I'm pleased to say they no longer do this.

Hand over of keys felt a little amateurish, scribbling a signature on a piece of scarp paper and no receipt of key exchange provided. I'm sure this will be addressed. Overall service was good though and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

I placed a call to the offices for a query and was handled quite abruptly by the lady on the other side often starting to talk whilst I was still busy. Also, the website stated a handling fee of R250 to book the car in for a service, but when we wanted to make use of the service, the handling fee jumped to R600?

L. C.Parking was good. We were late for our flight and there was no sign of the courtesy bus. Waited 35 minutes before an active one arrived. Ended up having to get a taxi to the airport. Also had a 40 minute wait at the airport upon our return. So basically if you are going to use the park and ride allow extra time for the transfer. Also website needs to be clearer on how to get to the hotel.
