I was a passenger on a Matrix bus when my mobile phone must have slipped out of my pocket. I had already arrived at my destination & alighted from the bus before I realised that I did not have my phone. I contacted Matrix the next day & told them that I had possibly lost my phone on their bus. A search was obviously carried out & luckily my phone was found. I arranged to collect it from them at their address. Thank you Matrix for your help, honesty & enabling my phone to be reunited with me.
