From the day I enquired about our trip to Brighton to the moment we were dropped back home, Nil was absolutely wonderful! I booked for a hen group of 14 ladies, for a trip to Brighton over the Easter weekend, and we hired the VIP Luxury 16 seater. Nil was extremely helpful and invited myself and the bride to be over to see the coaches prior to booking - we went for the coach with a coffee machine, mini fridge and TV (obviously!) I was easily able to liaise with Nil prior to our trip and the process of paying a deposit and full amount was without stress. Nil stayed in touch prior to our trip and even sent Instagram updates of him preparing the coach in the lead up to the day itself. When it came to pick up after our weekend away, Nil was flexible and was happy to change our return time to an earlier hour. The journey to and from Brighton was comfortable and Nil made sure we had everything we needed (water, coffee pods etc.) to keep us contented. I will definitely be keeping Rana Travels in my mind for future events and would not hesitate to book with them again. Thank you for everything Nil and for making the bride to be’s weekend that little bit more special!

Used Rana travel on 3 occasions now. Once for my stag doo to Cardiff, Once to take guests to and from my wedding and once to Leeds and back for a stag doo. Great service from start to finish and always gives you the best price. Rana provided us with a fridge full of water and soft drinks which you can imagine is a right bonus with a bus full of people nursing hangovers. Rana travel is 5* from making your booking to the end of your travel.

Recently used Rana travels for a hen party travelling from Leicester to Newcastle. From initial enquiry to day of travel I was really happy with the service received. Regular phone calls and messages were sent to me in the days running up to the to trip make sure everything was correct and confirmed. Coach itself was very modern, clean and comfortable. Our driver Nil was really friendly, didn't mind when we asked for an extra toilet stop en route and was more than happy to pick us at a different time with short notice for the journey home. Highly recommend and would definitely book with Rana travels again.
