Great customer support, first time using the main tui branch in the city. Definitely recommend, staff are very friendly and very helpful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The store is a little tired and could do with a refurb but the staff will go out of their way to help find what you are looking for. We sat for over 3 hours(!!) with Adora while she explored every option to get us our dream holiday. The service given was on par with Kuoni but at a fraction of the cost! Excellent.
