A lovely Lake District experience. My first time going to the LD, I took my 3 teenagers. The organisers are extremely attentive & will answer your queries immediately, any part of the day or night. Any issues they sort it out pronto. They are polite, kind and upbeat. Breakfast was great! Due to weather conditions & some miscommunication with activity organisers, they hired 2 bouncy castles, inflatable obstacle course and a gladiator ring for the whole day. The younger children absolutely loved it! Just a polite note for anyone looking to book, it IS mostly segregated when it comes to lunch/dinner. So the dining room will be for ladies & children only. You can take the food out to the picnic area with you and enjoy it with all the family. The activities are also segregated. So boys 10/11yrs & over will be doing their activities with the men. The rooms have just bunk beds in them and the room has a sink. That is all. The toilets & showers are communal. This part was a let down, for me personally, especially with teenagers as my boys didnt have much else to do on the grounds. The Castle Head Field Centre for the children was a safe environment. Kids could run wild on the grounds & you needn't worry. I am glad I went. I learnt a lot along the way and met some amazing families. JazakaAllah Khairan for all your hard work. 3 stars is due to activities not being as organised or on time as they needed to be. And also, because of the rooms and bunks.

Staff are friendly and so professional. They make you feel comfortable and so welcoming environment. I really enjoyed Spa Day out. Alhamdulillah. I definitely recommend to my family and friends.

My personal experience at the Spa was EXCELLENT place is nice n lovely beautiful place to hide urself while having fun sisters there were lovely. I went there with low self esteem and Alhamdulillah u won't believe how positive l feel right now. It made me see myself and love myself again .it was very WORTH IT alhamdulillah apart frm issue with the food which The TEAM did put on board n will be fixed IMMEDIATELY . Overall score %99.9 Mashaa Allah the organisers were good n friendly they make u feel more at home .l will definitely RECOMMEND IT We all deserves A DAY TO SPOIL OURSELVES 😊😘

Asalam aleikum warhamatullahi wabarakatuh I would like to tell you how amazing my holiday was. Every thing was magical. I felt like it was my wedding time, after 16years of marriage that was like we just got married. My husband loved every moment and cherished the time together. The room was beutiful, the jacuzzi & sauna was top. My dinner was wow because I could wear anything for my husband comfortable and had our private dinner to ourselves. Thank you so much. I will always be your regular.
