K. M.I've booked quite a few holidays over the years from this shop here in Kirkby. It's changed names a few times and now it's Hays Travel of course - previously Thomas Cook but the girls here have remained the same professional team who are brilliant at what they do!
I was in here recently 29th Sept to book a surprise birthday holiday for my partner for October next year 2022.
We haven't been away since Sept 2019 and worked throughout all this Covid madness plus it's a big birthday for my partner next year and I wanted to book this as a surprise!
I was advised by Paula who was super knowledgable - super professional and super helpful and just top notch at her job.
She took me through quite a few options on screen (I'm that old I remember when the travel agent would sit with you and flick through brochures!) and knowing she was very well travelled I asked her "where would you go back to?"
Jamaica!
Okay, let's look at Jamaica 🇯🇲
I was after an adults only hotel/resort and she knew of just the place 👌🏽 Modern hotel, gorgeous rooms, amazing beach and in Montego Bay - 24/7 all inclusive, loads to do nearby and adults only. Perfection!
