Have been home to Scotland recently and used The Kilted Chauffeur twice. I honestly cannot fault this company: initial requests are answered promptly and Sharon is so nice. The payment process is simple and easy. The driver Steven is great. On time and very helpful on arrival at your destination. Happy to chat if required but also knows when you want peace and quiet (one of my pick ups was 5am). Returning to Scotland this Summer and my return airport journey is already booked. Thanks guys, it’s a pleasure to use your service!

The Kilted Chauffeur provided a luxury vehicle for our family trip (party of 7!) to Scotland in July, 2022. Right from the planning phase, Sharon was tremendously helpful over the phone and by email. She helped us plan our trip by providing detailed guidance on local attractions and restaurants. Our chauffeur - Gordon - was simply outstanding. We changed our plans a few times and each time he adapted expertly and patiently. He too provided plenty of guidance while driving us around. Needless to say, he is superb behind the wheel and a very pleasant person to be around. Overall, my family and I were thoroughly satisfied with the Kilted Chauffeur and would highly recommend their services. Thank you so much Kilted Chauffeur!

Such a great experience. Shannon really helped us leading up to the trip on routes, things to do etc., Once in Scotland our driver Brian, couldn't have been more amazing. He was accommodating, and do much fun. He won over the whole family of 10 people (all ages) and we left feeling like he was part of our family. Sharon was absolutely the best chauffeur ever! She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely kind. I highly recommend her services. She had water and masks available which was a nice added touch. She even went out of her way to find a pharmacy for me. Absolutely wonderful service.

Fabulous service. The Kilted Chauffeur picked me up at Edinburgh Airport after a very long journey from Mexico. I missed my connection in Paris and advised Sharon of my now later arrival time who responded to me immediately saying a driver would be there. Even though the driver had a to wait a long time as my bags were delayed I was greeted with a smile. Excellent. personal and friendly service.

Excellent service from enquiry to drop off. I required an airport transfer with only a few days notice. Communication was clear and always very timely. On the day of the pick up my driver arrived sharp and in a spotlessly clean car. Very pleasant experience will most definitely use the Kilted Chauffeur again.

Initially made a booking and due to covid issues had to cancel. Money was immediately refunded and this was much appreciated as I was not so lucky when dealing with other companies. Absolutely brilliant customer service and so friendly with the booking process. Am in the process of arranging their services once more. Top class!!!
