Great girls in the shop, we always book our holidays in this branch and have never been disappointment. My partner enjoys the chat that much it’s a challenge to get him out. 😂 I would highly recommend, we are not comfortable booking online and much prefer the face to face service.

Amazing staff, especially the manager, Claire Thomson…she has worked her magic on many of my holidays (both big and small) nothing is too much trouble. They cover every single aspect of your holidays from start to finish - I feel in very safe hands when booking with TUI Livingston.

Visited this shop last week to book a holiday to Mexcio for my wives 50th birthday. Great service from a young lady Suzanne (might have been Susan, sorry!) She gave us advice on the perfect hotel as my wife has some underlying health issues. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, she was also very patient with my wife who can be quite demanding, lol. She even put a note on our booking to say if was for a special occasion. Will return

Went in booked a holiday got alot of information about covid and entering the usa then when the rules changed on the 14th if June they where super helpful in explaining the new requirements on entering the usa

Check your exchange rate. I went in last Friday and ordered US Dollars to be collected the following week. Got the wrong rate. Told Nothing could be done. Called the shop manager who sorted it for me.
