I have been dealing with Al-Haq travel especially Ghulam Mustafa for the last couple of days and he has provided excellent service to date as we had altered our Umarah plans several times. This was my first booking umrah trip with Al-Haq travel and I was sceptical at first. I started to trust Gulam Mustafa as his communication skills and his services were top, as well as being honest with. what can and can't be done. He was extremely helpful in advising in which hotels were best for us in Makkah and Madina. We have received all our documents required from Ghulam Mustafa and now waiting for our visa's. Inshallah we will contact Gulam Mustafa for our future Umarrah trips and definitely would recommend Al-Haq travel to our friends and families

Excellent service, our booking was managed by Khurram Ali, he was a total gentleman and a professional too. He arranged everything from the flights, to the cars to pick us up and the 2 hotels we stayed in. We never requested to stay near the Roza Mubarak (Gate 2 near the Prophet Muhammad Sallaho Alayhi wassallam grave), but he took that upon himself and I was so grateful. Whilst walking to the masjid to pray my 5 salaats daily, I was really in awe of passing through gate 2, it really made my journey even more incredible. We had a slight wait for our visa, but bless him, Khurram ensured we got it on time and the communication was first class. Word of warning whilst in Saudi, WhatsApp call doesn't work, so like Khurram recommended but unfortunately I didn't take his advice, make sure you have a local sim, so that the drivers are able to contact you. I was reliant on WhatsApp voice notes, but a sim would have been better. Strongly recommend this gentleman as he goes the extra mile to ensure you're delighted with his recommendations and bookings.

When you need them, answer them right away. They set a timeline for when the matter will be resolved and they follow the case. Really superb. Khurram Ali was the person that dealt with our enquiry. There were 21 TRAVELLERS that went to Umrah. We had an amazing experience. He was supportive during the entire process, as we began with fewer people and gradually increased the numbers. He made the process easy for us. Alhamdulillah, Just returned from an umrah organised by Alhaq travels and it was quite affordable for a student like me. The hotels were very nice although at Makkah it was a little far away from the haram. I'd like to advice the organisation to pay more attention to the transport logistics as I observed it wasn't really as agreed and some of the Saudi drivers with the exception of the last person who dropped us off at the Airport were unprofessional and almost put our lives at risk. However, I enjoyed every bit of it and may Allah bless Bro. Khurram Ali for doing a great job.

I recently (27/4/2019)returned from Saudi Arabia after a 12 night umrah package. Our sales assistant (Mustafa) was the most helpful person I could have wished to have had managing my booking. There were 11 passengers of which 2 travellers from Pakistan. Nothing was too much for him to arrange. The accommodation was as per the hotels we requested in both Makkah and Madinah. Hi. My name Tasmiyah and this is the first time me and my cousin's have booked our Umraah tickets with Al Haq Travels . Me and my family came back on 2nd March. My cousin is traveling in Easter Holz. I have had bad experiences in the past and because of that I dont trust any company so easliy. I checked If the company was legit and I asked lots of questions and got lots of quotes for different hotels and flights etc , this time round I admit I was an annoying customer .lol . Bless Brother Hafiz Saad for being so patient and understanding me as I told him I find it hard to trust companies what if you say all booked and you take my money and dont answer my calls extra .seriously I didnt hold back .but he gave me assurance throughout our discussions from start to booking the tickets and flights and gave me the hotel vouchers with contact details and flight details straight away so I can contact them and confirm its official. Also the transportation company too. I contacted the hotels and my airline to confirm and the Transportation too and thats when I apologized to Brother Hafiz Saad and felt embarrassed. . He understood where I was coming from. The service he provided was really good .I will definately book with Al Haq again. The transport service was good always on time. from Jeddah to Makkah To Madina to Jeddah and 2 day ziyara. Brother Hasnain and Brother Sala Ud Deen. Where really nice they were our drivers. Excellent service provided by Khurram Ali at AL-HAQ Travel before, during and after my UMRAH. AL-HAQ Travel gave me an excellent UMRAH PACKAGE with the best and cheapest price available. The Hotels in Makkah and Madinah were excellent. Brother Khurram Ali - Professional, honest and very friendly. Booked Hajj Package for me and my wife. I searched around a lot online for a package (21 days, double, non-shifting, hotel close to haraam 10 min walk, didn't mind economic hotel due to budget) and brother Khurram Ali offered the best as well as cheapest package. He offered more in the package than the other companies and it was cheaper. bonus qubani included, full board and only 7 min walk from haraam (one of the closest economical hotel to the haraam). Booked umra package for November, paid immediately, got the tickets with Saudi Airline immediately. I am sure many clients were asked to leave feedback before travelling as they asked me to leave feedback before travel. Please avoid them. I paid them for umra tour on 23 March 2019 and the hotel, they reserved for me, they did not make payment to the hotel until the day I reached Makkah. I had to call them in UK and they paid hotel for 4 days only while I was staying there for 11 days. My umra trip was wasted in dealing with them in order to get hotel payment and stay with family. I was being chucked out from hotel because they were not making payment so I had to pay the hotel from my own pocket. I was going to take them to court but they begged me not to do so. They Refunded me the payment I made to hotel and phone cost. The trip was not worth, not value for money at all. My time in makkah was stressful due to non payment to hotel and Mr Khuram Ali who booked the package, it was not issue to him. No support from these guys as they don't pick phone over the weekend. I could have easily win the case with the evidence I had but Umra was for good cause and I didn't want them to lose anything on my umra.

Alhumdulilah I'm having to edit my review as I feel I wrote very highly of this company and wrote it after j had booked my package. However the process following is a big headache. Booking was not a problem. However, following my husband booked transport with the company. The driver took 5 hours in makkah to attempt to find the hotel he was unsuccessful. After a full 5 hours my husband left the taxi and went to a previous hotel we stayed at and they helped him find the hotel. Only to find he was not booked in. We spend £100 on our phone bill as o was still in the UK and he was in MAkkah unsure of what to do. I then in UK was going back and forth with the managers and after 2 hours they decided that my husband should pay just over 100pounds for the hotel and they had not booked him in for 1 day. The company said they will refund the money the same day. I have chased them up for over 2 and half months for the refund wasted my time, and energy. Finally after over 10 times communicating with the company they refunded the amount only to be less than what my husband had paid. I wont ever book with this company. Will never recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed. If they refunded me quickly I wouldn't have edited my post but due to the on going stress and headache I decided its only fair to post my experience with this company so others can learn from this

Couldn't check in in Makkah hotel when arrived as check in time was 2PM so had issue with luggage storage.Were told a different hotel in Medina and sent to a different one instead with broken toilet / kettle etc. Were promised the Ziyarats were included but when we got there, had to chase up and were told they weren't.
