Spoke and booked through iqra excellent customer service we had a group of 19 people hotels were good we had a slight issue with a bed missing but quickly sorted out and transport to and from airports etc was excellent and we got a super low price in ramadhan!

Kiran was helpful initially but not when really need. Happy with the hotels booked in Makkah and Madinah but not happy with agency services. No help and correct afvicr provided when my flight got rescheduled in Madinah. Also I was provided with wrong PCR testings rules from both sides.

We booked a trip to Turkey with alharam travels and dealt with sobia who was absolutely amazing with everything. Last month, my family and I were blessed with the opportunity to perform Umrah and at the recommendation of a friend, we chose to use AlHaram Travel to book our package. As with anything, we were nervous about trialling a travel agency we hadn't used before, but I have to admit, it was a great decision to choose AlHaram Travel. Sobia, at AlHaram Travel was tasked with booking our package and did a fantastic job of doing so. She was very thorough, understanding and always available to answer our queries and concerns. I know many people worry about who they should use to book their package, but with AlHaram Travel, there is no need to worry as they brilliant at their job (credit goes to Sobia for her fantastic support and help throughout the booking process). I would definitely recommend AlHaram Travel for anyone wanting to book Umrah travel. Please note, the review below regarding Pegasus Airline has no bearing on Al Haram Travel and is a separate review for people to consider should they decide to travel via this airline. The only thing I would not recommend is using Pegasus Airline to travel. We had to use this airline to travel and it was a horrendous journey, with seats so small it is a wonder how people use this airline. Food and snack is not provided unless you're willing to pay for it and they also serve alcohol (Not nice when you are travelling to perform Umrah!). It may be cheap to purchase their ticket but I would most definitely be willing to spend more money if it meant a smoother, peaceful journey. But do not let the above review deflect from the fact that AlHaram travel is the agency to go to for your Umrah booking. Thank you AlHaram travel and thank you Sobia for your expertise and service.

Asalamu alaikum. We were recommended to AlHaram travel by a family friend alhamdulillah. I was dubious at first and very stressed as I had been calling many companies for some days. But QadrAllah this agency has been a blessing Masha Allah. I haven't been on my Umrah trip yet, but I have to say my AlHaram consultant brother Tahseen Khan Masha Allah Allahumma bareek lahu, has been so very helpful it's quite hard to believe. In my dealings with the brother and planning our umrah trip i asked many questions and changed packages several times and I think made it somewhat a little difficult for the brother, but I have to honestly say I never sensed or heard a sigh or grunt of annoyance in his voice. He was very professional and patient and always sought to find the best and cost effective package whether in the flights or hotels alhamdulillah. Magnificent 5 star service! I booked our Umraha package for future date with alharam travels. I must say that the travel consultant Noor Usba is so nice, for a time being she took me in the streets of Makkah and Madinah because of her immense knowledge. Gone through with all the options which i can avail with different price tags. It took very long but patiently she listens me and did accordingly. Thank you to Sobia Yaseen from Al haram travel for booking our first umrah experience. She gave us the best price from 2-3 quotes that we received from other companies as well for specific hotels we wanted and managed to match their prices. Plus I asked her for specific dates and flight times due to travelling with young children and she also accommodated us in this sense and was very patient. She has a very friendly manner and made booking easy for us. We had a hiccup where the Saudi ministry changed the law on the visas and added extra taxes. This put a strain on us financially but Sobia managed to keeps the costs down for us so we only paid a small amount extra per person alhumdulilah. Everything was very efficient. We were able to scan our passports and send them to Al haram to obtain our visas instead of having the stress of posting them off. The visas took a little longer than expected but were still on time alhumdulilah. Whilst we were there she checked up on us and made sure everything was going smoothly. We had issues unfortunately with our first hotel and our airport transfer but this was partly resolved for us and she will be trying to get some compensation/refund from our first hotel IA. I highly recommend using this lady when booking with Al haram. She tries very hard and is very good at her job ma!

Alhamdulillah, I recently completed an Umrah trip that I had booked with Faryal from Al Haram Travel. Everything was perfect from the outset. Just like most of you will have done, I Google searched ‘Umrah Packages’ and Al Haram Travel came up as one of the top hits. I decided to give them a call and I spoke to Faryal, bearing in mind I had not read any reviews regarding this company before calling. I had a rough idea of how much I wanted to spend, I had searched a lot of comparison sites for the best flights and hotels (Trip Advisor, Sky Scanner, Expedia etc), all of which Faryal managed to beat/match on price. Once I was happy with my package, which included flights, visas, hotels and transfers, Faryal had asked me to pay a deposit to secure my booking, which I happily did. After all the excitement of finally securing the Umrah trip, I realised I had not read any reviews on Al Haram Travel, so I decided to search on google. There appeared to be a number of good reviews, all of which seems a bit too good to be true, however there were also a number of bad reviews and this began to put questions in my head. I had just paid a large deposit and a number of these bad reviews stated things like “AVOID this company etc”. I knew there was no way of turning back now as I had paid a decent amount of deposit so I decided to go with it. I ensured my flight were confirmed and checked the Saudia website on a continuous basis up until the day of my flight, I also emailed the hotels directly to ensure my rooms were correctly booked and I received immediate confirmation from them. Over the next few months Faryal was very helpful and responsive when it came to anything to do with my trip. At first I was extremely sceptical about booking with this company based on the reviews I read on Google, however she always assured me that inshallah everything would be completed on time and that I had nothing to worry about, especially those bad reviews. One of my main worries was the Visas from the Saudi Embassy, however I was asked to take my passports to Al Haram Travel’s office in Romford, one month before flying. Alhamdulillah these were returned on the agreed date, roughly one week before flying along with e-visas (pdf sent to my email). By the grace of Allah, I thoroughly enjoyed my trip, and everything Al Haram Travel had booked for me was perfect. The transfers were in a comfortable private minibus with working aircon on every journey. The drivers were extremely friendly, always on time and knowledgeable about the local areas too. Overall I cannot fault Faryal and Al Haram Travel at all, they delivered everything that was promised in a timely manner, were transparent and engaging throughout the entire booking process. It’s a shame that there are so many negative reviews on google, but I can assure you, my experience with Al Haram Travel was 10/10.

Faryal Naveed has been an amazing agent. She helped me and listened to my every need for my Ummrah package. Where every other travel agency had told me they couldn't issue me with visas for Ummrah till after 15th. Coral Hotel in Madinah was very good and Pullman Zam Zam in Clock tower was also good but lift service was really poor because of lift we couldn’t read few Salah inside the Haram Sharif. Found Al Haram travel online while looking for umrah packages for my in-laws. Hamad has been a great help, he helped us find the best package available in the preferred timing of family’s travel. Hamad looked after the family’s preference of the package and arranged the best. The only thing that could’ve been better is the communication, my family and I had to chase for an update with the decision making and the confirmation of the package, this delayed the visa process and the confirmations were received last minute. But Alhumdulillah the family has left for umrah in time. Thanks to Hamad for all the help. Would recommend al Haram travel for anyone planning to go umrah, they do help you find the best deal within your budget.

We performed umrah with family in December included Turkey package. Alhamdulillah all went well though hassles came with Allah helps, we keep patience and thankful in every step every time. Why I don't give them 5 stars is because they didn't keep their promise as the first time we have a deal. It was fine to pay visa £35.00 per person to GBP 210.00 per person (in total more than £1300 for family) because of the Saudi policy. However, 2 out of our 3 hotels was alternative and didn't suit the ATOL certificate. In Turkey, they said they changed the hotel with the same quality hotel but with breakfast buffet, but the hotel was so far from the downtown that you need a taxi to get or from there. We ever refused the alternative but the agent said the hotel that we wished was unavailable any more. It was so sad considering we booked the travel more than 6 months ago. In addition, our agent at the first time was so nice (initial S), easy to trust him, but after we paid the money he was easy to promise and break it, sometimes he was rude chatting with me using all capital letters. I realized nobody is perfect, at least he did his job completely. I would still recommend Al haram travel with the note to be ready to avoid what we experienced. May ALLAH give you and us hidayah.

Great Choice of hotels/ Courteous Staff / Splendid Journey Alhumdulillah I have completed the Umrah with the assistance from Alharam travel. Usba Noor has been very professional right from the day 1 and guided us with the entire Visa & Travel procedures. Alharam is definitely worth the choice for anyone who is looking out to go for Umrah. I would highly recommend using Alharam travel for Umrah. Our trip was just after Christmas and through the New Year period which was a busy time but it was an excellent trip. I would like to thank Sobia at Alharam travel specifically for arranging this. I came across Alharam travel when I first made my intention to do Umrah and started searching for a reasonable package. Sobia took my call at Alharam travel, took my details and requirements and worked with me to provide me with a reasonable package. She went through various details many times, advising which hotels were better but also catered to my specific requirements for hotels and flights. She was very helpful and totally committed to providing great customer service at every point, answering my many questions via email or phone and ensuring everything was in order. Even after our return she has called to check if we had any concerns. The visa process was so easy. We sent our passports to Alharam and they returned with our visas within 10 days. All done via registered post. The hotel in Madinah was of my choice but the hotel in Makkah, the Swissotel Makkah, was recommended by Sobia. It was an excellent choice. The hotel in Madinah, Anwar al Movenpick was right in front of Gate 15 of the Masjid. Travelling with Saudi airlines was a good choice. The service was excellent. The transport arranged by Alharam travel was between Jeddah-Makkah, Makkah-Madinah and Madinah-Madinah airport. The drivers were very helpful and friendly. The transport company did cause issues with sending the wrong type of car which did not suit our requirements. When I mentioned this to Alharam travel on our return, they took this into account and have said they will compensate us with some vouchers. My experience with Alharam travel has been above and beyond most travel agents. I would not only use them again but definitely recommend using them.

First of all let me just say that this company delivered everything I agreed and paid for in connection with my Umrah trip in Dec 2018. All their operatives were polite and respectful. I even received a free upgrade for my hotel in Makkah, which was very nice. However, there are a couple of things that need to be mentioned; 1. Every time I rang them, a different person answered the phone This aroused my suspicions and after a little delving I learnt that they are not based in Romford Road, East London or Slough, but in a call centre in Lahore Pakistan. Only their visa guys are in Romford Road, and they work for Sam Travel and have contracts with a dozen similar agencies to provide various services. Why do they try to hide this? If they provide a good honest service then they should be open and there really should be nothing to hide eg. every time I ring my UK mobile phone network provider's customer services, I'm always put through to someone in the Philippines. They are open about their location and their honesty is commendable. AlHaram Travel should also be honest about this too. 2. On a couple of occasions i felt extremely pressurised to make immediate payments for flights and hotels otherwise I was told I risked losing my preferred choices. I did not like this tactic and remonstrated with one of their supervisors about this. As you can imagine, all the above going through your mind, you wonder what's in store for you when you get there. In my case, I was fortunate because everything went smoothly; the flights on Saudia were very pleasant, the vehicles belonging to the ground transportation company were always on time and their office kept in constant touch with me. The hotel in Madinah wasn't all that but I partly knew that because I picked it personally because I wanted something close to the ladies entrances to Masjid Nabwi. The hotel in Makkah was brilliant though and as already mentioned was a much appreciated upgrade. Was the package value for money? Yes Would I use AlHaram Travel again? Yes but they have to be more bonest and less pushy for money. Would I recommend them? Yes but again more honesty and less pushy for money.

Excellent with communication. Sobia was always available, and this is such an important thing in today's day and age, when a lot of company's won't even have the curtesy to email you back. One issue, hence the 4 star and not 5,is that we had a problem with the initial hotel being booked in makkah. We turned up and to our horror they didn't have us booked. However, the important thing was that al haram travel dealt with it swiftly. Human errors do happen, but it's in their dealing where you know how good your service is. Their service was great. So just remember to confirm with them your booking a day or two before you leave, and in the sense be more pro active with them. I will still certainly recommend sobia and Al haram travel, and will use them again for our next beautiful journey to Makkah and Madinah inshallah.

I called AL HARAM TRAVELS with the intention of just booking my umrah visas for Saudi Arabia, i spoke to a gentleman who confirmed a few visa queries which I needed answered, later I was passed on to a lady who dealt with my booking, as we conversed I came to know of this person as Usbah Noor, speaking to her was very refreshing as she seemed very genuine, polite, respectful from the get go, after a long while discussing alternative options I decided to book the whole package. Usbah seemed empathise and understand my circumstances, whilst constantly persevering and reassuring me , despite me cross questioning, reconfirming my flight and hotel details etc over numerous times, I began to feel self aware of my constant barrage of questions, Usbah seemed unfazed and relaxed to the point where I began to make a few jokes about me being the difficult customer, I came to understand how extremely patient she really was, as all of my requests were extra specific and my options were very limited. My sister in law booked a package for 4 adults and 3 children. We trust her so paid the full amount asked almost immediately. Only after when we had questions about certain things the staff would not give us the information, and when we would ask why they cant answer they would be very rude to us, and at times hang up on us! This made me very apprehensive and I checked reviews online, unfortunately there were many other people being treated the same way as us! We knew there was no way of getting our money back so we just left it in God's hands, and allhumdillah we are so glad we did! Transfers were seamless, hotels were the ones we were offered from the start, drivers / cars spot on. These guys did a great job when we got to Saudi and delivered on everything they said and what we paid for. Shame their staff have no customer service skills otherwise this would be a 5 star review. Made us sweat for 3 months due to their terrible attitude, we genuinely thought we were scammed and that this umrah trip was not going to happen. But Allhumdillah it went perfectly. Bit of Advice to Al Haram - people spend a lot of money with u the least u can do is treat us with respect and answer our questions, address our concerns in a timely manner. What you provided in Saudi was amazing but you really let yourselves down with your terrible customer service in the UK. Faryal Naveed handled my visa processing and travel arrangements. She was quite proactive and patiently clarified my questions. She arranged tickets and hotel vouchers on time and actively kept me up to date. We had an amazing time on Umrah but two things went wrong which caused a little bit stressed and panic at the start of Umrah. First transfer company wasn't aware that we are coming at Jeddah airpot so no one was there to pick us up. However, transfer company Kindly arranged someone to pick us after seeing transfer voucher but they took an hour and 45 minutes. Second, hotel in Madina was well below standard, it wasn't four star at all , we were given very small rooms where only one person can pray and hardly any space to move around. Unfortunately, Alharam emergency contact was of no use as well. Apart from first two bad experience, everything went as plan. Transfer company called us in advance to let us know what time they will pick us up and they were on time. Once again thanks to Faryal for organising it so quickly

Mr Tahseen at AlHaram Travel gave me and my wife an excellent Umrah package. The hotel in Madinah, the Pullman Zamzam Madinah hotel, was superb. Not only the facilities but their staff were also helpful and courteous. I had a small glitch while going from Madinah to Makkah, but Mr Tahseen sort it out and my last part of my journey, ie coming back to UK was smooth, especially that the Royal Jordanian airlines arranged for special assistance for me during the whole journey from Heathrow, via Amman, to Madinah and from Jeddah, via Amman, back to Heathrow. However, the most important part was that I managed to complete my Umrah successfully. I wish also to mention that the Disabled people and those with children can use an electric vehicles on a mezzanine level in the Qabaa to do Tawaf around it and between AlSafaa and AlMarwa mountains. So, in total I enjoyed this holy journey and managed to complete my Umrah, thanks to AlHaram Travel and thank you Tahseen.

I made the intention to perform Hajj in 2016; however the decision to book it in 2018 was a sudden one, during mid-Ramadan a realisation set on me that if I don’t do it now it would be another two years before I can. I looked around for two weeks, did istikarah, shortlisted three tour operators and firmly resolved to have the booking finalised within Ramadan. The three choices were: 1. Zamzam (Birmingham) 2. Bismillah Travels (London) 3. Al Haram Travel (Moresand Ltd) First Impression: Al Haram was incidentally the first company I contacted. They come up on top in online searches, when you go to their website they initiate an online chat, find out what you’re after and just give you an offer there and then; they also followed that up with a phone call to me a week later. Seemed effortless dealing with them like a very professional company that understood what their customers want. I was impressed from the first impression. Concerns: There were some negative online reviews (mostly relating to Umrah experiences), which on the one hand said to me it is a genuine operator doing genuine business i.e. not just a website trying to get me to transfer money over to them but on the other the reviews had two general themes which described my experience thus far but they all complained that as soon as you pay the whole story changes, no communication, you need to call and chase them now, general lack of information. The second theme was that if anything went wrong they weren’t very good at addressing it. And then the bombshell, I found out they are owned by a bigger non-Muslim Travel Agent. Hajj is guaranteed to throw up issues I thought to myself, maybe the reason why they’re bad at addressing issues is because they have no appreciation of the fact that they’re helping someone fulfil a religious obligation; it’s just a business for them. This is despite all their staff and Hajj section management being Muslim, perhaps I was a little prejudiced. The decision: despite all that they still made it on my shortlist because deep down I knew it is a business for all of them and Al Haram’s price was unbeatable, £800 cheaper than the next nearest one. Funnily enough the price being cheaper was one of the factors that played a part in why I didn’t book with them at the end. I thought maybe it’s too good to be true and here’s the crazy thing, I actually wanted to feel a sense of sacrifice for the sake of Allah so I didn’t mind paying more to ensure it was an unblemished experience. I also wasn’t impressed by the fact that they couldn’t tell me definitively which scholar was leading the hajj. Simultaneously a work colleague was also looking into them and he did book with them. He did have most of the issues described above but he paid £800 less than me and at the end had about the same experience with the provider as I did with Zamzam (Birmingham) - the operator I ended up booking with at the end. Moral of the story is, it is a genuine company; Hajj service is no worse than the ones charging much higher so I would book if I was doing Umrah because the risk of anything going wrong is minimal. For Hajj I will pay another £800 more next time if I need to, to try and find a proper operator, there must be some out there.

Just returned from our first family umrah trip Alhamdolilah. Prior to departure, we faced many problems with our trip, including visas for some of our family members travelling from Pakistan, and issues with infant ticket . All of these issues were however handled professionally by the team at Alharam. You just have to stay on top of things and keep chasing them. But they do try and sort out the issues. Ahmed Latif, the manager, has come across as a very respectful individual. Who does try to solve issues in a professional manner. Both the hotels provided, in Makkah and madina, were satisfactory. With reasonable distance to haram, even for the elderly. Any problems faced during the stay were dealt with promptly by the Alharam team, especially Usba Noor and Ahmad latif. The advise I would give to future customers is to make sure of all details once yourself before departure. Whether it’s hotel bookings or flight bookings, to avoid any last minute stress. Apart from that a pleasant trip, from the time of departure to return. Any problems I had faced prior to departure were compensated for by the team. So I will most probably be contacting Alharam and usba noor again for my future trips Insha’Allah.

Alhamduliilah it has been a wonderful experience with Alharam. Usba Noor was the agent who helped us and she gave us a very good price and the best hotel possible at the price. We stayed at the Anwar Al Movenpick Hotel in Madina which was literally a stone's throw from the number 15 gate which is ideal for sisters. We also stayed at Least Meridian hotel in Makkah and the hotel was situated in the Ajyad region and only about 150 meters away from the Haram. Usba included free breakfast with this hotel which was nice. There was plenty of food to choose from bad sadly most people wasted. The food from the hotel restaurant is very expensiveso I will recommend buying from the nearby fast food shops or there are others near the Abraj Al Bait hotel, which are closer to the Haram. All in all Usba arranged for us the best package possible for the price and she was very patient and respectful. Therefore I have no reservations in recommending Al Haram and Usba. And the experience of both Harams were beyond words can do justice. Alhamduliilah and I hope Allah Ta'la calls us back again very soon.

Umrah experience December 2018 We came back from Umrah on the 31st of Dec 2018. By the favour of Allah, we had such a good time. Our flight to Jeddah was delayed by an hour but that gave us time to ponder on why we were going to holiest City and make more supplication to Allah. We reached Makkah in the early morning and spent only 5 minutes at the immigration although our luggage was delayed slightly. The process was so smooth and quick which can only come from the favour of the Almighty. We stayed at the Hilton Convention which was very nice and within a few minutes to Haraam. It is slightly on the hill but the Hotel provides a bus every two-three minutes. The main purpose was to perform Umrah and Alhamdulillah we remained focus on our goal throughout the trip. Makkah is just unbelievable and magical. It is so emotional when you enter the masjid for the first time and see Kabbah. We met different types of people from different nationalities and they were all there for the same purpose. Food is available everywhere around Haraam. Our ziaraat was also memorable. To walk at the same place where once our beloved Prophete(saw) set foot is just unthinkable. We managed to pray in Hateem by the favour of Allah. We also managed to touch Kabbah and the Yemeni corner but did not venture near the Black stone as we could see the struggle and the number of people fighting to touch it. We then proceeded to Madinah Munawarra and stayed at Pullman Zamzam which is very close to Gate 1 where our Beloved Prophete(saw) is resting. Pullman Zamzam was just wow. We were greeted by free drinks and a free upgrade to a junior suite with our kitchen & dining room, living room, two bathroom, and our bedroom. All the staffs were super friendly and ready to help. Madinah is so peaceful. Even our driver who was a Madani was so nice and helpful. On the first night, we had a delicious camel briani which was just out of this world. We managed to pray in Rawdah a couple of times by Allah's favour. Visiting the cemetery, Mount Uhud, the farm of Salman Farsi(r.a), Masjid Quba and Masjid Qiblatain made you so emotional. To witness and walk on the same soil, same land and the same place where once the Prophet(saw) and Sahabah(r.a) is just emotional and magical. We had the chance to send salaam to our Prophet. We ask Allah to accept our Umrah and effort and to forgive our sin. We would like to thank sister Sobia Yaseen for her patience, professionalism, and advice throughout the booking process. Alharam has not disappointed us and Insha Allah we will book again in the near future.

We had issues with checking into our hotel in Medina, the mellinium taiba hotel had no details of our reservation. Make no mistake I am only leaving positive feedback because of Nomal Ali, the guy is absolute star, he took over in dealing with our umrah package when the previous agent messed up more than once, and with around 48 hours before our departure time we had no Visa, no passport from the embassy/travel agent, it was madness trying to get hold of the agent dealing with our package ( I won’t want to name and shame them). In brief, the first agent took payment for our package then without confirming our booking they themselves went on holiday leaving us in the dark, when they returned they say sorry and cannot offer same date as flight are no longer available Then after several days and many hours on the phone speaking to them the agent found us another package to which we reluctantly agreed, and I was told approximately 10 days prior to travel date we should receive our passport and visa. With approximately 48 hours before our departure we still had no idea of what was going on, no sign of passport or visa. The agent was clueless and was unable to give proper explanation as to what was going on. Needless to say I was left very frustrated and angry. It was at this stage Nomal Ali got involved in dealing with our case. It was not easy for him I tell you, he was left dealing with me who was up for no mood to be nice, one can imagine some of the question he had to answer and find a solution quickly. Unfortunately we were unable to fly on the date of our travel due to above issues and our flights had to be cancelled, however Nomal Ali helped find alternative which again very reluctantly we accepted due to personal issues we had little option. We was family of 5 traveling, the agents told us a family suit will for us will be fine and sleeping arrangement will not be problem, in Makkah we had millinium towers(Hilton) which only had for bed and a sofa bed. In medina we stayed in dar al imaan al manar, the room only had 3 beds and no sofa bed etc, didn’t bother kicking off fuss after all that happened and were only in medina for one night. I must say although our experience has been negative and very frustrating Nomal Ali professional manner at which he had dealt with me is every company dream of how they expect staff to provide service. When people like him are dedicated to the level he had demonstrated I have faith. Noman Ali WELL DONE, and THANK YOU
