China visa direct really helped me a lot (I was communicating with Wang to be specific). Covid 19 Complicated things so much with embassys and offices closed... Me being stuck in China needing a visa renewal and especially my police certificate needing to be legalized and authenticated from the UK. To cut the long story short, the team at CVD Came through!! my documents were done in within10 days (FCO Apostle legalization & Chinese authentication) and the documents arrived in China a couple of days after. It was a costly but definitely worth it. What impressed me the most was the communication. They were so prompt and clear when I was emailing all my questions and concerns. Thank you so much guys!

Excellent service from start to finish. Visas received within 7 days staff very helpful. This company is cheaper than the company recommended by the cruise companies. Also CVD makes it a very easy and painless process compared to the stress of the other websites. I've used China Visa Direct several times over the last few years to legalise documents with the UK and Chinese authorities and also apply for China Z visa. They are fast, efficient and reasonably priced. They keep in touch by email/phone throughout the process and I can't recommend them highly enough.

These guys could not have been more helpful. I had 13 visa applications, several of which were for children, not all of them had their parents travelling with them, very few of the applications were correct but the staff calmed by anxiety, worked through what was needed to fix the problems (some of which were complicated due to name changes / marriages & divorces) and got everything processed in time. The website might not be the fanciest and the office won't win any design prizes but the location was convenient for me, the service excellent and the communication great. All the important things. I don't anticipate ever needing to get visas for China again but if I did I wouldn't even bother thinking about using anyone else.

As with all agency services when applying for a Chinese visa they are more expensive than sorting it out yourself. Their service is, however, amazing. They will check your application for you, ensure all details and forms are present and will promptly apply for your visa. They take care to ensure all documents are kept together and include a free tracked delivery of your passport along with any other supporting documents you may have handed them. They also email to inform at what stage in the process they are at. Their website is awful and looks unprofessional but their service is brilliant.

Great service and very quick. I must admit I was a little dubious because of their 'old fashioned' web site but followed their instructions, sent off the documents. There were a couple of problems with my paperwork, they pro-actively contacted me and helped me resolve them and bingo, passport and visa back in 1 week. You pay a few pounds more than visiting the embassy directly but when considering transport costs, time, frustration - this is a winner.

Having been to the official China Visa centre on Jewry Lane myself a few times I can vouch for CVD as an alternative, hassle-free method of getting a VISA. Yes you pay about £50 plus £7 for recorded delivery of your passport but if you are a business person and your time is precious this is money well spent. The official centre, depending on the time of season, will typically give you an initial appointment in a week or more. If you turn up a minute late of your 30 minute allotted time you have to book a new appointment which could be in another week or so. Also, their booking system is confusing and twice we have turned up on the wrong date due to the wrong impression being given on their website. If there is an error on the application then sometimes you have to visit again. You also have to visit to pick up your passport at the end. With CVD they do everything and post it back. We will use them in the future. I have on occasion been to their office. They are always super efficient and organised, and will deal with you on the spot.
