The experience was a good one, when I called to book my flight in February Jason was very helpful and tried his best to get me the cheapest flight. During the months leading up to my final payment we built up a very good relationship and felt he dealt with most of my queries professionally. Apart from Jason's great service I think Fly24-7 can improve the customers' experience by offering a longer payment plan system. for example, my holiday is not until September, however I had to complete my payment by May. Most companies allow customers to pay instalments up until 12 - 8 week before travel. I felt I was under pressure to complete my payment with 4 months left before I had to travel.

Came across this company via a google search. Called to get a quote. The entire sale was done and completed via e-mails and phone calls which I found very convenient and time saving. Morgan gave me a satisfactory service tailored to my budget and offered me a good payment option/plan which I was happy about and I paid on time. Morgan was still understanding towards my needs when my plans changed and I needed to adjust my ticket accordingly. Overall, great customer service and would use again and recommend to others.
