Ken from Hyper Air Travel was so so very helpful in untangling the complicated mess I made of an online booking. He very patiently listened to my problem, and in the most professional manner was able to get to the crux of the matter, surmount all the obfuscations of lastminute.com's wrong information and miraculously actioned my check-in which lastminute.com's links absolutly failed to do (lastminute.com would not even respond to my desperate phone calls - grrr!) Hyper Air Travel is truly an Experienced and utterly Professional Travel Agent +. Also Hyper Air Travel would not accept any payment for the service they provided me - I will certainly use them for my next trip

Excellent for more than 15 YEARS. Don't change the system; it works so leave it alone Always a very trustworthy advice and good service. Few positives in booking with Hyperairtravels are Extra Luggage Allowances with certain airlines, and you don’t have to pay 100% upfront while booking your flights. Please don't deal with Thomas. He never keeps to his words. I made payment for my ticket since on the 13th of October 2018, but l have not receive the ticket. However, the manager contacted me this night that my ticket would be sorted out unfailingly by next week Tuesday. I"ll keep you posted on this. Update I received my ticket earlier than l expected. I travelled in December 2018 and returned in 2019 Jan. Ken (the manager)is trustworthy.
