I booked using another company to drop me with 16 kids to Kent, on pick up date they said they were not able to come collect us and told me 2 hours before pick up time, I called Ilyas Travel and explained the situation and was willing to pay a high amount for the pick up due to the situation, they took the job on at short notice and didn’t even take advantage of the situation by charging me a reasonable price. Honest, punctual and reasonably priced at a time of need, what more can I say!! Thank you Ilyas Travel.

7 adults and 1 child all with a hold luggage and cabin luggage each due to go on holiday within 3 weeks and I was really trying my best to find the correct mode of transport for my family and I from Stoke Newington to Gatwick airport. I had sought quotes and taxi hires and even train ticket quotes, but nobody wants to take the train during rush hour. I was really running out of patience until I decided to look on Gumtree and found a few numbers for transportation services but they did not look legit or reliable. After a while of looking I came across Ilyas Travels in Forest Gate, London, now this looked legit and reliable, Ilyas even had photographs of himself and his vehicle on his gumtree page and all details with a link to his personal website for his services. I immediately checked his website out and saw it was exactly what I was looking for. I called Ilyas himself and spoke with him informing of my departure date, the amount of adults to travel and the time we needed to arrive at the airport etc. Ilyas straight away told me he was able to assist and gave me a fee of £120 for transportation from Stoke Newington to Gatwick airport in a 16 seater with all luggage. I was relieved and accepted. Over the next few days I communicated with Ilyas via, whattapp, text and phone call and sent him the details of my journey and he confirmed immediately. Ilyas then said he would again confirm my pick up the day before my departure which he did. A last minute request had to be made to Ilyas on behalf of my sister who lived 2 miles from my address and wanted Ilyas to collect her and her husband from their home address on his was and then make their way down to my house, as staying at mine would be manic for her, they agreed to pay extra for this and Ilyas charged them £10 which they agreed was a good price. The next day Ilyas was awaiting outside my house 15minutes earlier than expected which was brilliant he was on time and very efficient putting all the luggage in the van and awaiting us. Ilyas was a very nice and friendly person of a genuine character, my husband really enjoyed his company in the van, which was very spacious with a lot of room to move around safely and comfortably. After a very smooth and relaxed journey keeping good time, we arrived at Gatwick on time and paid Ilyas the money and made out journey on holiday. We then agreed we would contact Ilyas for our return transfer home 3 weeks later. A day before our arrival back to London I contacted Ilyas and again confirmed the return journey and details which Ilyas agreed was fine and he would be there. I was also aware that there would be a £15 surcharge due to Ilyas awaiting us which is a standard stay fee. Our return journey would cost us £135 total this time. When I arrived in Gatwick Ilyas called me and told me he was on his way down and would arrive on time. As I passed through immigration control Ilyas called again to inform he was waiting for me in the car park and will come down once I have left the building. Once everyone had their luggage and all was okay I called Ilyas and he said he was coming outside, as we left Gatwick he was outside where he left us at the beginning of our holiday. He loaded everything into the van and we made our way home. The journey again was smooth and relaxing for us after such a long flight. On our way back my sister was again to be dropped home with her luggage and then requested to be taken 5 minutes up the road so she could collect her cats which Ilyas kindly did for them and refused to accept money, eventually my sister gave at least something to Thank Ilyas for his troubles. I can honestly say that Ilyas Travels was once of the best airport transfers I have ever used in all my journeys to the airport. I would definitely recommend Ilyas and his services. I cannot fault him or anything and I would in the near future when travelling again give Ilyas a call. Thank you Ilyas!

I haven't been using these minibuses but reading all of the coments I DEFINITELY know that it is exepional because there was a really long comment and i thouht it might not be good but let me read it and once i saw it i was like WOW THIS IS THE MOST BEATIFUL REALAXING COACH I HAVE EVER HEARD ABOUT BEFORE I was just flaberghasted !! Cheapest minibus Hire I could find, so I was weary at first. He was the only company out of 5 that answered my call, and gave me a great quote on the spot. Great communication throughout. I even asked if it was possible to change pickup time and it was no hassle. Super friendly guy. Highly recommend using him and will recommend to all my friends coming into the area.
