This Company is really the best, all the apartments are as good as they are showed in the web page. The staff is awesome, the cleaning ladies very very nice, the CEO of the company is a very nice person, very honest. We rented 2 apartments from Ivy, really very very nice places, beautifully decorated, best locations, we felt very good served. I highly recommend this company if you are coming to London and want to rent an apartment. Talk to Guy he will recommend the best for you!!!!!

We visit London often and have stayed in hotels and various apartments over the past few years. We just discovered Ivy Lettings and it's been a smooth and enjoyable experience dealing with the staff at Ivy Lettings. We rented a portion of a house in Chelsea. It was well located, spacious yet cosily furnished, and most importantly at a reasonable price. It was a great place for our family to spend time together in London. Having used other letting agencies in the past, we strongly vouch for Ivy Lettings and it stands to be our best find so far. I would definitely use them again for our next trip. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our time at Ivy Lettings! They provided an excellent service from the very beginning. The enquiries team were very prompt in their emails, even answering my questions on a Sunday, and helped us choose a flat that was indeed perfect. We were so fortunate to have "stumbled across" Ivy Lettings as we searched for a place to stay in London. Since we would be there a week, we knew we wanted to have more room than a hotel could offer. We also knew the general area we wanted to stay and could not be more pleased with our Ivy Lettings rental. It was in the perfect location for us, very convenient to the tube, a market, a Pret a Manger, and so many other places (if only we had had more time to explore them all). The Ivy Lettings staff were always prompt to reply, very helpful, and courteous. They arranged for us to drop off our bags early and pick up the keys which was greatly appreciated. The flat was immaculate and very comfortable. Without hesitation, we would recommend Ivy Lettings and hope to stay with them again.

We had a fabulous 1 week stay at the Ivy Lettings Burton St apartment. It is centrally located a few minutes walk from Warren St or Euston underground station and 15 minutes walk into central London and all the sights. There was plenty of space upstairs and downstairs, comfortable beds and clean functioning kitchen and bathroom. The listing description was accurate, but we were pleasantly surprised with the space and room inside. The Ivy Lettings team were very responsive and accommodating. I would stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Ivy Lettings were fantastic in finding me great a apartment to stay in London at absolutely short notice. I had arrived in London for business on a Monday morning only to find my work had not booked me accommodation for two weeks. I contacted Ivy Lettings and they came straight back to me with a selection of options based on the area I was hoping to stay, the duration and budget range. The place I chose was an apartment in Brook Green and Ivy Lettings took my booking right then, organised for it to be set for my arrival that afternoon and organised the keys for me. Perfect! The place was great. It was a lovely home environment which I find so much nicer be in than living out of a suitcase in a hotel room. It was well appointed and had everything I needed, cable TV, wifi, full kitchen and laundry appliances. On arrival there was a booklet explaining the features of the apartment, where good places to eat are, numbers for taxis & emergencies etc. The maps for good local places to eat was really helpful. And the people from Ivy Lettings were on the ball. They provided me after hours contact numbers should I need it and followed up with emails to make sure my stay was as expected. I'm a fan. They made my stay easy & pleasant. Without doubt I highly recommend them and I'll use them every time I stay in London.

Our accommodation was exactly as advertised. It was super comfortable, with great shower and beds. It was located in a great spot in Chelsea on Edith Terrace. We were initially concerned it was a bit far from a tube station but it was a easy walk to Earls Court or Imperial Wharf and we had bus stops on our doorstop. Ivy Lettings were great to deal with. Re: Hollywood Road Flat in Chelsea, London I feel so fortunate that I found this flat and that I found Ivy Lettings. First of all, Ivy Lettings is a top-notch vacation rental company. Their service was impeccable – great attention to detail, great communication (thank you, Alyce!). I frequently rent vacation properties and Ivy Lettings has been the best properties company by far. I wish they had properties outside the UK, as I would use Ivy Lettings all the time. As for the flat, wow! It’s beautifully decorated and in a perfect location – gorgeous neighborhood. I stayed here with my 80-year-old mother and my 15-year-old daughter – a very special trip for us. The flat was the perfect fit and we felt like we were really living in London. A big plus is that it is a short walk (through a beautiful neighborhood) to the Earl’s Court Underground station – we took the underground everywhere (got a 7-day Underground pass). Just down the street from the flat are fantastic restaurants and coffee shops, and a Tesco (we loved Tesco) to stock up on items to have on hand in the flat. What a fabulous trip – mainly because of Ivy Lettings and this fantastic flat. Thank you, Thank you!

What a massive delight to work with Ivy Lettings. This is a very professional, quality and hard working company. The company is perfectly suited to help out those looking for a vacation rental in London. Beatrice was amazing with her laser fast email responses and customer service. Any special requests are handled with due care and they will do whatever possible to make request happen. Properties are typically located close to Underground stations in desirable neighborhoods. We recently stayed at Purser's Cross Road during our stay in London. The apartment was exactly as it was pictured...great accommodations....great location to the tube...and easy access to everything one might need on vacation. It was a very quiet residential street and we enjoyed "living" in London. Our dealing with Ivy Lettings were very professional and very efficient. I stayed at the Palliser Road property from Ivy Lettings. Without a doubt, it was a fantastic experience. First of all, the property itself was beautiful, clean, restful, and so conveniently located. The pictures were accurate, and the property was better than we expected. There were four of us all together, and the property suited our needs wonderfully with two large bedrooms and two seperate bathrooms. Ivy Lettings was so easy to deal with. They were very prompt in their responses, they made sure we had everything we needed, and they were pleasant and kind in their coorespondence. If we ever visit London again, we will not hesitiate to give them another try.

This year was my third using Ivy Lettings, they are a fantastic company with very helpful and friendly staff. I usually stay for 4 to 5 weeks and feel like I am in my second home, I stayed in the Regents Park Apartment twice and just love it, the first time, I wrote a review of it I happened to mention, the only thing missing was an egg cup, and this year, an egg cup appeared! It is spotlessly clean and well appointed and in a fabulous position, Baker St tube and buses just around the corner and a Tesco 2 minute walk, Lovely Regents Park just across the road, a 15 to 20 min walk to Oxford St. The other apartment I used (as the Regents Park was not available) was Airlie Gardens, and again spotlessly clean and well appointed and if Regents Park wasn't available I would stay there again. So I highly recommend this company and their properties, but after this glowing review I hope it will be available when I want it!

We've rented apartments twice from Ivy Lettings in London in the past year. We were extremely happy both times. On the last instance there was a problem with the heat in a newly renovated apartment (not their fault), but they fixed it immediately and without any effort on our part. We will happily use them again.

We rented Belgrave apartment in Pimlico when at the Chelsea Flower Show in May. Guy at Ivy Lettings was very prompt and helpful and very organised. The Belgrave apartment was just 5 minutes or less walk from Pimlico tube line and about 10 minutes from Victoria Station. We had a supermarket within 7 minutes walking distance as well as a liquor store. What else would you need. Regarding Chelsea Flower show it was approximately a 10 minute flat walk which was a lot easier than getting transport to and from. The apartment had two bedrooms with a small outdoor area off one of the bedrooms which was nice. We had central heating and the most comfortable beds available. They had the softest quillt cover and pillows and we felt like we were floating. A great little apartment, couldnt have asked for more. A+++ from us. We have been regular annual visitors to London over the last 25+ years, and during this time, and due to the fact that our visits are invariably long, we have always stayed in rental apartments. Our experience of renting in London has therefore been fairly extensive, and in most cases pleasant. It was only three years ago that I discovered Ivy Lettings, and our experience with them has been so rewarding, that we now really don't feel like looking elsewhere for future visits. Their apartments have always been, well furnished, impeccably clean, well maintained, and comprehensively stocked with all basic requirements for our stay. Wifi, so necessary these days is always included. They also offer a range of accommodation to suit various needs and budgets. But most importantly they guide you to the accommodation most suitable for you, and their efforts to meet your needs are untiring. Communication with them is easy, as they are very prompt whether in replying to an inquiry or providing a service. This is one of the most reassuring things about their service, because it assures you that someone is always there to help you when you need help as one often does when travelling. Each of their staff members with whom I've dealt has been exceeding professional, competent and accommodating to the best of their ability. All are lovely to speak and interact with at a personal level. In the end its all about the sense of 'home' that you enjoy while you are with them, knowing all the while that this is not really home, but as close to it as you can get while you're abroad..

We were very pleased with everything about the Ennismore Garden Mews apartment. The space, the amenities, and the location were exactly as advertised. Ivy Lettings, the leasing agency, made the whole renting process very easy and late one night, when we were locked out and couldn't contact the apartment owner, they had Alyce on call and she stayed with us on the phone for 45 minutes until we got the problem solved. The apartment is on a very quiet mews away from the hustle and bustle of London, but very close to everything you could possibly want. The area the apartment is in is a wonderful international area, very close to buses, two tube stations, great restaurants, The Victoria and Albert Museum, Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and the Royal albert Hall. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again.

Our apartment at Earl's Court Gardens 3 was just lovely! It was a basement flat, quiet and cozy, but only a half block from the Earl's Court tube station, a grocery store, Pret A Manger, and many different restaurants. Everything about the rental was easy, from key pick-up to checking out. I would definitely rent from them again, and would also enjoy friends to do so! We were there March 29-April 4, 2015. Although the photos i used to help me booked this apartment looked slightly different, the apartment itself was very homily. Ivy Lettings provided us with starter essentials in the bathroom and kitchen to help us settle in. The bathroom and kitchen were very modern and upto date in design; very hotel like feel. The location was 5 minute walk from High Street Kensington tube and there is a friendly cafe next door if you dont feel like making your own breakfast that is affordable. Esstenial shops are near-by including a waitrose, bustop and post office. Wi-Fi included as well made planning and keeping intouch wit hthe family much easier. Looking to book this place again if its available on my next return trip to London. Thank you Ivy Lettings.

We had a marvelous time at the Soho Lofts! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Soho, steps to shops, restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to the theatres of the West End. It was exactly what we expected from the photos, with more personality and flair than other flats we've rented. The beds were quite comfortable and despite the location it was not especially noisy. Two downsides--there is no AC, but the large windows provided plenty of breeze to keep the evenings pleasant during a hot week. Also, the laundry machine was not working as advertised, as we discovered after our clothes were wet, which was a bit of a hassle. But those were minor (and fixed by now, it is to be hoped) issues and did not prevent us from enjoying our stay immensely.

From Enquiry to Checkout this company is 5 stars and top notch. The property that I stayed at in London was the Ennismore Gardens Mews. This was, however, not my first choice. I had originally chosen Nevern Square but the owner never responded to the enquiry from the company so as my travel time was getting closer I told the the associate I was working with my requirements and she helped me find what I wanted. The location was even better than my first choice. All of my emails were answered within 12 hours. When I booked they also arranged a car to pick me up at the train station and take me directly to the property. I had some trouble getting there at the agreed upon time because my train broke down outside of Peterborough and took over 4 hours to fix. Oddly enough we broke down in a cellular dead zone but my wifi still worked so I emailed them to let them know of my situation. I got a response within 5 min from Alyce letting me know it was no problem and would contact the car company on my behalf to change the time as I had no ability to call them. She kept me up to date by email and gave me a direct email for the cab if I should be further delayed. When I finally did make it to London and to my flat she emailed me, outside of her regular business hours I might add, to check in on me and see if I made it okay and that I had everything I needed. The speed an efficient that she dealt with my situation turned my potentially stressful situation into a non isse and put me completely at ease. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to stay in London. Not only are the properties lovely and that really have a wide variety to suit any taste, the staff is absolutely top notch.
