Loona was an excellent tour guide. Even though I have worked in London for over 30 years, the tour was fascinating and Loona had a lot of knowledge of the history of the area. The old photographs that were shown on this tour were excellent. I would recommend this tour to anyone even if you live or work in London.

This was an excellent virtual tour with a very knowledgeable and entertaining guide. One of the very best of the many virtual tours I have done. I went with my family and it was suitable for all of us, from those of us with no prior knowledge to one who is a keen amateur historian of the region. Usually I would have walked past the Assyrian exhibits in the British Museum on the way to somewhere else. This tour has opened my eyes to wonders that I had totally overlooked. Highly recommended.

Loona gave us a very in depth and interesting tour of the Assyrian Galleries at the British Museum. Good photos and clear lecture. Also the tour of the highlights of the British Museum was very well done and interesting. Told us why these exhibits were selected and why they are important.

I had not managed to join a tour by Loona before and was very pleasantly surprised at the professionalism, knowledge, delivery and attention to detail displayed. The talk was on line and dealt with that area of London close to and including Buckingham palace. It was exceptionally well presented and most informative and was one of the most professionally delivered on line lectures that I have attended. Priced at under £10 it represented very good value for money and I look forward to attending future tours by Loona

This was the first virtual tour I've done with Let's Discover London, but it definitely won't be the last. Loona took us for a very informative & entertaining Stroll down the Strand (banana optional!) and it was great. A mix of historic and contemporary information, lots of really good visuals and pauses for questions. Can thoroughly recommend and am looking to book another tour.

I had the privilege of going on the British Museum Highlights Tour and it was like going into a time machine! Loona is a riveting tour guide and literally transports us into the pages of history with anecdotes, extra information and humour thrown in for good measure! His knowledge is phenomenal and so well researched that the hour and fifteen minutes fly by. He made me feel like I was actually in the museum looking at the exhibits and then suddenly, at the end, I woke up and found myself back at home!✨ I never thought it would be so much fun! This is a highly recommended virtual tour, complete with your own tour guide!

Have attended two of the online tours of London with the guide Loona of Let's Discover London, and have enjoyed both of them. I have attended several tours with different operators recently and Loona is really approachable and takes time to interact with his customers and answer their questions. He regularly unmutes everyone and asks customers if they have any questions and reads comments made during the presentation and answers them. He is probably the best presenter in relation to ability to interact with his listeners. The small size of his groups aids the attentive and intimate feel of his presentations. Please do book on to a virtual tour and give it a go.

We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed the British Museum tour, following in from Sutton Hoo and we would be delighted to do more with Loona. I attended a virtual tour with Loona during lockdown in Jan 2021. It was amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and interesting. Loona communicates extremely well and encouraged interaction during the tour, he answered our questions with a real depth of knowledge and was able to put the information in context. He had the ability to maintain our interest throughout the tour. He made the tour enthralling by focusing on stories and people related to the places we were visiting. Loona used a variety of maps, 3D maps, photographs and works of art to illustrate his tour. I would highly recommend "Let's Discover London". From my experience Loona's tour is head and shoulders above other tours. I will definitely be going on more tours with him and am going to enquire about a tailor made tour with him too.

This was an amazing, online walking tour from St Paul's Cathedral to Bankside. The tour guide, Loona, was extremely welcoming and also very knowledgeable. He brought the history of this area to life, with the many tales of life along this little area. It was incredible! The resources used were engaging and detailed. Loona interacted with his participants , making the viewer feel actively involved with the experience. I thoroughly recommend this tour. It was fabulous and I shall definitely be expoloring Loona's other tours.

I did a virtual tour of London with Loona, He took me via google earth, old photos and paintings and maps from St Paul’s to London Bridge. After a look at St Pauls and some of its history we crossed the Millennium Bridge to Tate Modern, then to Shakespeare’s Globe, the Anchor Pub(fascinating history) The Clink and Winchester Palace, Southwark Cathedral and then to London Bridge. The talk was so interesting, i learned a lot - Loona has a fund of interesting stories and anecdotes and very good historical knowledge. It was well worth the price and I shall certainly be doing some more virtually at the moment but hopefully for real sometime.

Loona is a first class tour guide, an excellent group facilitator and a charming person. He is inspiring, enthusiastic and with endless historical knowledge - which makes me hungry for more. Let's all take the opportunity, whilst we can to join him, as I understand there's plenty more - particularly on Zoom at present. We did a virtual Zoom tour of Canary Wharf and Limehouse last Monday Eve, in the comfort of our home and were also able to interact with each other, sharing anecdotes. He used many different mediums including Google Earth and Street View, plus many images/photos. We covered past history (oh so colourful...talking about the inspiration and resilience of people) and right up to the present day....Loona had a story for everything. I won't spoil it for you by sharing too much ..just to say it really gave me an insight and food for thought. DO JOIN US!

A very enjoyable tour of Canary Wharf and Limehouse by Loona Hazarika which I recommend highly. Wide-ranging, covering the history of the Isle of Dogs and the development of Canary Wharf from its role in the British Empire to the financial powerhouse of today. Wide range of interesting visual material - Google Earth, old photographs, maps and period illustrations. Well planned, friendly and humorous presentation.
