We had a really interesting tour. Hazel's passion shines through. Will definitely book another tour with her.

It was fantastic I really enjoyed- part of history I do not know- I have seen places never think about it. Also not too much walking and not too much talking - perfect 👌👌👌

We've done two tours so far - Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, and Scientists and Monsters of Mayfair and Soho. Loved them both - so informative, fun and educational. Amazing associations between different events, venues and characters (real and fictional). Both are highly recommended!

Hazel gave us a wonderful Jekyll & Hyde tour. It really brought the story alive and has helped our young teens in preparation for studying the book for school. The tour was fun, interesting and tailored well to our level of knowledge about the book. Thank you Hazel!

Hazel is a really fun and interesting guide. Her Georgian Islington tour was fascinating ...

We have just attended a virtual tour _ Charles Dickens in London and really enjoyed it. Very informative, great presentation and whilst it would have been lovely to have been able to attend in person Hazel pulled out all the stops to make it thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommend and will find other tours to attend. Plenty of material for further listening/reading, good value.

We organised a private virtual street art tour with Hazel, which was absolutely fantastic. Hazel was fascinating and joined in with our mad private birthday party celebration. We all loved it so much that we can't wait to visit Shoreditch to view the artwork for real. I would highly recommend this tour

We took part in a virtual tour of Financial London. Not only was it great to see familiar places in London after so long away from the centre, but the experience was made superbly interesting by Ian McDiarmid's expertly delivered information about the world of finance, both historical and current. It was almost as if we were there with Ian in person, and we were given the opportunity to ask further questions once the talk was over, and thus felt even more as if we were actually 'there'. Edge of one's seat stuff, amidst a year lived in Covid times! Cannot wait to take part in person, but in the meantime I can thoroughly recommend this virtual version, and I will be taking part in more 'walks' soon!

We joined Hazel on a private walking tour through Whitehall learning about lots of fun and interesting facts. The tour took us all through history up to the Modern day. Hazel was a wealth of historical and fun facts. The walk was easy and not difficult at all ending up in a fabulous restaurant for lunch.

Thoroughly enjoyed a sunny stroll through Belgravia with the very affable and knowledgeable Mark. So many stories to share and sights to see in this very elegant corner of London. Highly recommend.

hanks a lot for the fantastic walk through a festively illuminated city.
It’s been an amazing trip down memory lane.
It brought up some good memories when you took us to places, we have been and are looking forward to revisit rather sooner than later.
We hope to be on one of your tours soon.

We had a really nice time on the Jack the Ripper tour. We went on a Sunday evening, so I was initially worried we'd get a second string guide, but that was not the case at all. Our guy knew the history front to back and didn't present like he expected you to have done a ton of research beforehand. I had a passing familiarity with the events going in and I learned a great deal, saw more of London than I would have, and had lots of fun. For £10, it was a wonderful value.

The walk we went on was the Jack the Ripper guided walk, with Jenny Phillips, on February 19th 2020.
Jenny arrived in full Victorian costume & preceded to take us around the very atmospheric streets of Whitechapel. Jenny was extremely knowledgeable & graphically animated about each murder and Victorian life from that era. There were many pictures, maps & examples of Ripper documentation. Being an expert on the subject she shared with us her thoughts & theories about what really happened & who Jack the Ripper was.
I have done previous Jack the Ripper walks & can honestly say that this walk was by far the most detailed, interesting & entertaining (if entertaining is the correct word for such a gruesome piece of history).
If you've never done a Jack the Ripper walk, then this would be the best walk to start with. If you have done previous Jack the Ripper walks, then I think you'll be amazed with how different this walk is from others!
Thank you Jenny for a brilliant evening!

Ian was well-informed, welcoming, open to answering questions. A most enjoyable walk. I plan to do other walks with Ian.
