Toheed organised everything well and responded to questions regarding the package in clouding whilst in Saudi Arabia.The transfers were in place and worked well. The transfer vehickes were saloon cars. Very comfortable. The hotel in Makkah was three star but one that gave a good level of service and helped with any difficulties. The WiFi reception at the Al kesawah towers in Makkah was not too good. There was a regular bus service to Haram Sharif from the hotel and the driver didn't wait until it was full. The hotel in Medina was 5 star and really luxurious. I was pleasantly surprised as it was around 100 metres from the Masjid Nabwi. When taking taxis, do not pay more than 15 Rial for anywhere in Mecca. I'm not sure why but the pakistani taxi drivers there charged around 5 to 10 Rials more and make out they're doing you a favour. The Arab taxi drivers charge less. That's just my experience. Always agree a price before you take the taxi. For the tours around the city to the holy sites again you will find the Arab taxi drivers cheaper. Again just my experience but the difference was significant. Up to 80% cheaper. Shopping for souvenirs we found was cheaper in Medina than Mecca. Some items were 200% cheaper at the same quality. I found this type of package works well as it offers greater flexibility and freedom with the possibility of multiple visits on the same visa. Photos clockwise: Masjid Nabwi one of the te main entrances. Masjid Nabwi also in second photo. Masjid Quba . Which is the site of the first mosque built by the prophet sws himself. And.finally Masjid Bilal in Medina which has a small market behind it where you can buy souvenirs at decent prices.

I was offered a 5-Star 7 Nights Umrah package by Saqib (3 nights in Madina, 4 nights in Makkah in December 2017) and I can confidently say the whole package and service was the best I could get in the price I paid. They suggested everything very honestly and it was very helpful, like choosing the hotels for the Haram access in both the cities. My package included pick-n-drops by a dedicated driver and that was brilliant. I just had to make a call and without any hassle/delay the driver use to come to pick us up at the time suitable to me. Alhamdulillah recently we booked our first umrah package via Makkah Tours, Zunair was our advisor and I can't thank him enough for the service he provided. From booking until our flight he answered all our questions thoroughly and with immense patience. I generally ask a lot of questions and Zunair was extremely helpful, never did he get annoyed at the constant queries and calls I made. We arranged flights, transport and hotels with Makkah tours. Their transport was very comfortable and the drivers were very friendly and patient too. We requested pick up times and they were punctual to that. We stayed at the Pullman zam zam hotel in Makkah which was recommended by Zunair, the hotel was perfect as it's in the clock tower so most convenient, you can even hear the recitation from the rooms. In madinah we stayed in royal inn nozol. The hotel was average, location wise close to the masjid nawabi so good overall. Salam Alaikum, Reply to Riz Shareef/Mohammad Shareef , Brother you didnt even bought a service from them and reviewing them as a scammer. such a bad thing to do. thou there call center is out of UK but that's every where. once you find the deal you go to there tooting broadway office and pay full amount there. My personal over all experience was fantastic as Mr Haider Ali took care of every possible issue for me and for the group. i have chosen makkah tour and had a great experience,we ere group of 4 guys went for umrah on 7th DEC 2018 for a week. they have provided us excellent 5 star hotel in makah (m hotel makkah by millennium) and in madina we were upgraded to from 3 stars to 5 stars (Al Haram Hotel Madina) which is adjacent to gate 26 Of Masjid NABWi SAW. i would highly recommend people to use makkah tour as there prices and customer services are brilliant. Brother Mudassar Fazal took very good care of our tailor made Umrah package during our recent trip in December 2017 - January 2018. Flight tickets, hotel and transfers were all facilitated well and was done in a timely manner. I will recommend Makkah Tours without any hesitation. We stayed at Jewar Al Saqefah in Madinah and the Hilton Convention Hotel in Makkah. The Hilton Convention hotel was excellent with great service and staff in the dining room. It was about 7 minutes walk to the haram and there was also buses running from the hotel to the haram down a small hill. The Madinah hotel was very close to the women's entrance of the haram but I would classify it more as a 3 star hotel rather than 4 or 5. That particular hotel was popular with the Indonesian groups and the food catered to their needs. It was truly a blessed journey. Thank you Brother Mudassar.

Umrah October 2019 .... MarshaAllah we booked our umrah trip with brother Mohammad Usman (Birmingham) who was very helpful from start to end. Personally, it was my very first umrah experience and in addition to not speaking a word of Arabic and not to mention the horrific stories I’ve heard from family and friends who have used over companies for both hajj and umrah, I was quite sceptical about the number of things that could potentially go wrong. Alhamdulillah, however, I can honestly say the whole trip was organised with the highest professionalism, (which was not easy with such a large group of people), everything went smoothly, was timely and with the upmost of ease. In regards to the accommodation, the hotels booked by this company were 5 star, provided high quality services and was most importantly, very close to Masjid al Haram and even closer to Al Masjid an Nabawi (less than 5 mins walk away). The transport was both timely and great quality, especially in comparison to stories I've heard of other companies where fam/friends have endured the long journey between makkah and medina without ac in the hot arabian heat). As a group, our every need was catered for and our satisfaction was at the forefront. In addition to this, the group was also driven to all the important historical sights and the group organiser also drove us to great shopping locations (significantly cheaper than the normal shopping malls) where we purchased high quality ajwah dates and other necessities which was very kind of him (Marsha Allah). Overall Makkah tour is an exceptionally honest and trustworthy company, demonstrating responsibility and concern for the personal safety, satisfaction and wellbeing of each and every individual. I spoke to a few agents here and Alhamdulillah on the third agent i got through to knew exactly and listened to what I and my family needed on a budget to perform umrah, his name Mohammad Asad and what a great agent he is! All I asked for direct flights/5* hotel/visa and basically done deal Alhamdulillah. He offered me transfers too on a great price but we didnt need that at the end. I gave all the details and total transaction after that just wait on the visa sometimes we need patience And waited and he called me 6 days later to say everything is ready.. flights all ran smoothly there and back, both hotels were pullman zam zam and services were great there actually, I heard some hotels have spa's there but I didn't come here for a holiday lol overall it's been a great experience Alhamdulillah and Mohammad Asad was the core to the service. Id speak to him if you want a complete package, he keeps you updated and if you feel unsure or unconfident all you do is call him and keeps you aware with the process of the package.

I just returned from my umrah trip two days ago and I have to say I am very happy with the overall service from Makkah Tours and I will be recommending them to my friends and family. If you are going for umrah I would definitely recommend the Pullman Zamzam hotel in Makkah and the Al Anwar Movenpick in Madinah as they were both very close to the masjids and made life easy. The standard of the room and breakfast in Makkah was not great (although it's supposed to be 5 star) but from what i've heard this is the case generally in Makkah just because of how busy it is, and obviously this is not the main focus when visiting the holy city so please bear this in mind. InshaAllah i will be given the opportunity to visit again one day

October Umrah Package (Umm Feisal) I booked my October umrah package with Mr Muhammad Usman with Makkah Tours.Maa shaa Allah,from the beginning he was very helpful. In the beginning, we had a lot of conflict regarding the package but then Mr Usman sorted out everything for me perfectly. I had a good experience although i've been with other packagaes before. However i wasn't happy with the hotel in Makkah as it was about a 25minute walk to the haram. The hotel, named Al Imaan Grand hotel in Makkah is considered a 4 star hotel but i personally believe it's a 2 star hotel as the service wasn't good, the staff were rude and the rooms weren't clean. In the future, i suggest that any agency should first know the distance of the hotel to the haram rather than assuming it's a 10-15minute walk, as this can be wrong information provided to the clients. Our trip to Madinah was smooth and we arrived to the hotel named, Saja Al-Madinah, however, when we arrived i was given the wrong room. I contacted Mr Usman who was in London and he sorted it out within minutes. I was given an executive room, a very big room all for myself maa shaa Allah. Thank you mr Usman for everything you have done for us and in shaa Allah, i will be booking with you guys in the future.

This was our first experience of dealing with Makkah Tours, and I was very happy with the experience. We dealt with Ahmed from Makkah Tours who provided a very professional and courteous service. We had booked a 10 day tour visiting both Makkah and Medina. We negotiated the hotels prior and a good range was offered. We finally selected a 5 star option in Makkah and 4 star in medina. Everything which he issued us hotels, transport, flights, accommodations were accurate and without any delay. Once we agreed on price and package, He booked the whole package and our tickets over phone, take a very small amount of fee in advance over the phone to secure our tickets, immediately sent me paper work for my comfort with confirmation, then we went to their tooting office to pay the rest of amount and leave our passports for visa. Other brothers who were in the office were also polite and helpful and posted our passports immediately for visa while we were there. Brother komail ali was available on the phone throughout and answers all my queries from the time of booking until i fly. We received our passports with visa within less than a week and our mothers who were joining us from pakistan as well. Brother komail Ali has arranged their visa from karachi. It has been my great pleasure to get my Umrah package booked via Makkah Tours. My queries were dealt by, Rehan Sheikh, who has turned out to be an excellent gem of a guy. he provided 5 star service before, during and after the trip. Booked through agent AHMED who helped us throughout the process. Was courteous at all times and made sure that the bookings met our needs and budget. The hotel in Makkah was Pullman ZamZam which was just 5 to 10 minutes from King Abdul Aziz Gate to Kaba. The hotel in Madinah was Golden Tulip Alzahavi which was 10 seconds to less than one minute from Gates 25 and 26 of Masjid e Nabvi. The food at both hotels was excellent and the staff also helpful (booked breakfast only). We made our own arrangements for airport and intercity transfers. Agent AHMED was honest about flights where one needed to make a compromise between direct flight and high cost and a connecting flight with relatively less cost. AHMED ensured that there was minimum time gap between connecting flights and airline was decent (Lufthansa). My wife and I were allowed in total 92 kilo baggage allowance plus hand baggage and one container each of ZamZam Water. This ensured that all friends and family could benefit from the tabarruk of the Holy Land. There was no problem with visa which AHMED arranged for us. All in all amazing experience. Based on my experience I would recommend Makkah Tours and the agent AHMED in particular Many many thanks from a happy satisfied customer
