I reached out to Oliver's Travels, and Evie has been a great partner, listening to my vision and helping to realize it. We are so excited about our wedding. I would recommend Evie and Oliver's Travels to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful getaway.

So far, so good. We used Oliver's Travels to book a holiday rental in Scotland . It was easy and I like the selections they provide as they appear to offer higher quality rentals at relatively reasonable prices. Emily has been very communicative and accommodating as we needed a shorter stay than the requisite 7-day minimum for the particular property. She contacted the owners on our behalf and secured the home for us. Also, Emily was a joy to speak to. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Will let you know how we go with the property once there.

We've just used Olivers Travels to book a villa in Sicily for June. I was impressed with the advanced search options, gave me loads of features to filter by and still returned plenty of results. The property's they represent are beautiful, all represented with professional photography and substantial write-ups. We opted to have OT contact us with more ideas, and the following day Nicola suggested two beautiful villas, one of which we ended up booking. She was fantastically helpful, knowledgeable and polite and we intend to book our flights and car using the concierge service to keep everything in one place. Highly recommend!

Just booked a villa holiday to Spain with Juliette who could not have been more helpful. Juliette came up with a great selection of villas that ticked my long list of villa 'essentials' - planning a holiday abroad with 1 year old triplets you have lots of essentials! Booking process was extremely easy, website easy to navigate. Help is on hand and always a friendly service. My only gripe is that we had no after hours/emergency contact for when we were away, we landed on Saturday and there was no contact for the whole weekend…unfortunately we had a bit of an emergency so really did need someone to speak to. However, whilst we experienced a problem at the start of our holiday, this was down to Golden Triangle Properties who were awful. Oliver’s Travels were very apologetic and dedicated to get to the bottom of it for us. They were very attentive and made sure it was resolved for us. It has been very easy to be critical of holiday companies over the past year and a half but you need to be fair and understand the pressures they have been under. Unlike most other industries, they have not been able to take full advantage of furlough schemes as they need to have staff answering queries, deferring holidays and organising cancellations and refunds. It has been horrible for everyone missing holidays but I found Oliver's Travels to be very professional and fair. Of course they can't do everything that everyone wants as they would have disappeared and we all want high calibre companies and exceptional villas going forwards. Oliver's Travels have probably the best choice of villas of any company and I am looking forward to staying in one next year. Congrats to this excellent company for surviving this awful period!

We booked a holiday with Oliver's Travels and due to Covid, the trip had to be delayed until the following year, which as for many people, was really stressful. We were put in touch with Nuala, the Contracts Manager for the area in which we were going and I have to say, we have never quite experienced service like it. Nuala was uber responsive, within minutes of sending a message to her, she had replied and this went on for many months, just random questions that you think of - quick message and you have the answer within minutes. She was super knowledgeable and professional, even recommending places to eat and help us to get a reservation. But most importantly of all, Nuala was incredibly passionate about the service she provided and by gosh, it really really showed. She helped and advised us on things that were way beyond the scope of any travel provider and when she didn't know the answer, she went and found it out. I'm not talking about questions that were anything to do with our booking, I'm talking about questions that were totally unrelated but we just messaged her anyway as she was so knowledgable and helpful. She even found out an answer for us for a trip we were taking in another country with another agent entirely. The accommodation was absolutely first class, everything we expected it to be and more and the holiday, when we got there was one of the best we have ever had. I would highly recommend booking with Olivers Travels and if you are lucky enough to be in touch with Nuala, you are one million percent guaranteed to be blown away by the incredible service she is committed to provide. We booked a villa back in January and Oliver's Travels were really professional and answered all our questions thoroughly prior to us confirming our booking. We were also able to speak to staff at Oliver's Travels directly which provided additional assurance. Sadly due to Covid we are no longer able to go ahead with our holiday and requested a change of date shortly after the government announcement on 4th June. Once again Oliver's Travels explained what would happen clearly and assured us that they would do whatever they could to liaise with the villa owners to move my booking. When we offered a counter, Evie worked super hard to make sure that the best was given to both myself and Alessia/Jacopo (owners of villa). Now we have been able to reschedule for a small increase of fee (due to inflammation) which was worked out great for both of us. Evie set up meetings with the owners and did all the leg work for us. Assisted in every way with all of my questions. This has been a tough year for my family on top of COVID. When first starting to sort out bits with our wedding, Oliver's travels were a bit bumpy. We found it difficult to communicate, I wasn't too sure what we needed to do, was worried about getting ripped off etc. We went to see our venue/accommodation in February and we fell in love with it 😍 the owners were accomodating, taking time out to let us see the venue and our wedding planner was there to help run everything smoothly. We were due to get married in August 2020, but due to covid-19 we decided to reschedule with all the uncertainty. Since then, we have been in contact with them and the owner and successful moved our dates to August 2021, no hassle at all! I am not sure who we spoke to at Oliver's travels, or if it was multiple people at one time but they were very accommodating, fast (responsive), down to earth and really easy to chat to in getting our dates changed. We were really worried with reviews on here and with hearing about other travel agencies in the news, that we wouldn't have an easy ride, but we are lucky to have been dealt with, in such a professional manner. They were very easy going. A massive thank you to Oliver's travels and the owner of our accommodation/wedding reception venue Alessia and Jacopo who have made this easy. They have an excellent website and extensive range of quality properties, which is easy to filter down to those that meet the needs of the trip such as all ensuites bedrooms or a tennis court and games room. **UPDATE** I've changed this review from a 1 start to a 3 star as Oliver's Travels compensated us for the problems we had on our holiday in the end though only after we had posted this review. **PREVIOUS REVIEW** The villa didn't match the website and Oliver's Travels claim it's not their responsibility to make sure their listings are correct. When we arrived at the villa we booked through Oliver's Travels it turned out that the heated swimming pool required an extra €130 a day supplement despite being listed as a key feature on the website with no mention of an additional fee. Upon complaining to Oliver's Travels that their website was misleading they informed us that it's not their responsibility to make sure their listings are correct and that we should've checked with the owner. At no point during the booking process did Oliver's Travels tell us we needed to confirm the details of their listing with the owner and even if they had it wouldn't have been possible as they only provided the owner's contact details after we had already booked and paid the deposit!

I hired the Chateau du Bastit in the Dordogne through Oliver's Travels. It was expensive but in my mind worth every penny. The place was absolutely magical. Overlooking the Dordogne River with fabulous kitchen, rooms and terrace. There were 14 of us sitting out on the terrace every night eating and drinking under the canopy of stars. Everything went very smoothly. There were a couple of small hiccups but these were instantly put right by contacting Zuzana, the concierge at Oliver's Travels.
