Went on Umrah with One Hajj and Umrah on their February Group package. Really enjoyed their brilliant service. The Hotels they provided Elaf Kinda in Makkah and Pullman Zamzam in Madinah was very nice. Their team are very professional and communicative. From my booking until my return they provided an amazing service. On our return they also upgraded my flight to Saudi Airlines Direct flight from Jeddah at no extra cost. I will travel with them again soon. Inshallah

I travelled to Hajj with One Hajj and Umrah in July 2020. Alhamdulliah I was very pleased by their service throughout the journey. The team is very helpful and supportive throughout every stage of the journey. The delivered exactly what they promised word for word. From 5* hotels to full transport they did not disappoint. The food provided in Aziziyah was also expectational. As an elderly person they also had a very caring team in saudi arabia who were available all them time. I will recommend this agency if you are deciding to travel to Hajj, they are one of the best.

Alhamdulliah I have had the opportunity to travel to Hajj in 2019 with One Hajj Tours. I was extremely pleased by the fantastic service provided by the company. The company conducted themselves very professionally throughout the booking process and were readily available if we had any questions or concerns prior to travel. I went on the 5 star shifting package which included stay in aziziyah. The accomodation in aziziyah was pleasant and clean. They delivered as they promised and kept their word. I will never hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, they provide outstanding services and made this sacred journey much easier for me and my family.

Took the family out in Dec 2019 with them for umrah, mashaAllah one great company which i will highly recommend (very trustworthy). Looked after us elegantly without any issues, provided everything we needed as and when family requiremnetd arose (had 2 kids under 5 and a 9 years old with us) and anytime we encountered any issues their ground staffs came straight away to our room / place where we were to sort the issue out.
