Firstly I need to say that the staff were friendly and helpful - no complaints there. The rooms in Chalet Murr are fine with comfy beds and were serviced every day. The real issue was with the food - very very average. It was as though the budget per person per meal was very low and they felt it necessary to give us 3 courses - just two would have been better as the portions were on the small side and the desserts were similar to Angel Delight. We generally came out from dinner feeling hungry after a day on the slopes. We didn't feel that the amount we paid for the accommodation reflected the meals we were given.

This was our second holiday in Val d'Isere with Powder White and we had an amazing time. Chris was a brilliant host. He made us all feel very welcome and took great care in looking after us - making sure the food was great, the place was clean/tidy and most importantly accommodating the children's needs. The office staff - Henry, Nick and Lucy were also very helpful prior to the trip - they made sure we had everything we needed and I felt very comfortable that the trip was organised and travel plans would run smoothly. Thanks also to Kai for picking us up quickly, making sure we didn't miss our flight and providing us (kids included) with endless entertainment on both car journeys! We couldn't have asked for a more friendly and helpful team. We're all missing the snow and can't wait for the next trip. Thank you!

Booked a ski chalet with Powder White last January and had a great time. There was some great snow and Val d'Isere was a great ski resort with brilliant nightlife. The chalet was clean and the chalet hosts were young but enthusiastic. Will book again, price is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Booked a last minute holiday to Meribel with Powder White with 3 friends in April. Staff were very friendly and efficient in London office, so all the booking was nice and smoothly dealt with. Nice to get personal advice recommending us to get shopping before arriving in resort to keep costs down - felt like were being looked after and not just a number in a system. Chalet stayed at in Meribel was very cute and with an amazing view of the area. 3 bedrooms we stayed in were all nice and comfy. Staff in resort were again very friendly, informative and always on hand to help. Only got good things to say really. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great holiday Powder White!

I worked with Powder White last year as a Chalet Host in St Anton and had a fantastic experience! I was put with an amazing group of people, in a 6 man chalet by myself where I was able to show off my cooking skills and then enjoy the lots of time on the slopes! Good company to work for.

We stayed at Chalet Clarines D’Or at the end of January 2018. The chalet was beautiful and the photos on the website did not do this justice. The chalet was modern and well equipped with fantastic views across the valley. The chalet host, Cecilia (prefers to be called Cecil) was brilliant and would go the extra mile for our family. The food was lovely and well presented. The chalet was very well positioned only a 3 minute walk in ski boots from the foot of the escalator to the Ariondaz lift. Courchevel 1650 is lovely and would visit again and would like to stay again with Powder white.

Just spent a fabulous week in Courchevel 1650 at Chalet La Mouria. Our lovely hosts Hannah Lauren and Nick went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing time. Food was fab as were the tips for skiing and apres ski. Would highly recommend this team as hosts and hope they do another season. The UK team were also very helpful and provided great advice with regard to ski pass options and equipment hire. We opted to purchase passes etc through them prior to arrival as that meant we were good to go as soon as we got there saving precious slope time!

Chalet was OK, rooms a bit crowded and quite far from the slopes. Food was good - but it certainly should be at the prices Powderwhite charge for accommodation and extras!

Fantastic stay in Val d'Isere, Nokota Chalet with Tamar as our hostess. Excellent quality chalet and furnishing - very comfortable and spacious. In particular, the service and cooking was outstanding. Highly recommend!
