Alhamdulillah, what a brilliant experience! And not just the umrah trip itself, but also the process from enquiring, quotation and payments, to getting there and getting assistance at every turn. Allahummabariq. May Allah bless Br Shahid and the Quba Team. Any issue i ever had whilst there, Br Shahid was a msg away. Prior to even leaving the UK, Br Shahid was kept me informed at every turn even though he himself was abroad. Alhamdulilah I have been for umrah many times.. but this umrah I did with Quba travel has definitely the most stress free and most memorable umrah. This was the 6th trip to umrah Alhamdulillah. However this experience with Quba travel was far the best experience I had and No doubt I will be going back with them in the near future Inshallah. I did not have to worry about anything as everything was taken care of. The tour guides were excellent and very accommodating. Very well versed and experienced. They went over and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Going through the old city of Madina, which I had not seen before in my previous visits was an experience I would never forget. Entering the old city the same way the prophet SAW entered, as if you were there with him as an absolute astonishing, tearful experience that one will not forget. We were shown places that I never thought exsisited such as the castle of Urwa ibn Masood R.A and to go further to be shown places and areas of banu Nadir etc and which extract ayat was reveled. I had a fantastic trip, highlighted by the 5 following points in particular: 1) a family friendly experience: the tours take into account the needs and wants of all visitors 2) a stress free Hajj / Umrah: I was able to fully immerse myself in the experience, without having to worry about any of the logistics 3) knowledgeable, experienced and extremely approachable and friendly guides: the team were always at hand to answer my questions, and also provided extremely insightful commentary all the way through our trip 4) visits which go above and beyond, including guided tours to various historical sites 5) carefully thought out itineraries: our journey included Jummuah's in Mecca and Medina and Ihram at Dhul Hulayfah. My first Umrah Experience Honestly I cannot recommend this company enough; I used this company for my first Hajj experience and now for my first Umrah experience. I attended Hajj with Quba Travels. Anyone thinking about Hajj, I’d highly recommend them for a number of reasons: 1. Great value for money. 2. Alhamdulillah! Where to start?! This Hajj journey was amazing. Quba Travel did a great job from start to finish. They were honest about things that were in their control and things that they had no control over. They managed expectations well and there were no ugly surprises. When I first contacted Quba Travel they were very professional and knowledgeable. Adam was great to talk to directly and through emails, very informative; I was sad to hear that he wasn't going to join us. The seminar was really good and informative. My one issue was that maybe it could have been slightly earlier than a week before we left as this would allow more time to prepare if there was anything we missed. But I can appreciate the time frames as this was when we received our visas and passports back. The Quba Team were great. Brother Shahid was good company, he worked tirelessly to ensure things were running well for us, always providing updates and managing expectations. The tour guides; Ustadh Asif with his dry humour was great, mixing with us and available to answer any questions. His reminders and seminars were really good. Sheikh Fraz was also good, very approachable and available to answer questions. The reminders/classes were a great addition, allowing us to gain essential knowledge. Quba Travel managed my expectations and provided a great service throughout. My wife and I both enjoyed our Hajj immensely and would gladly recommend anyone to travel with Quba. I would definitely like to do Umrah in the next few years so would consider travelling with Quba again. I hope there is possibility of direct flights in future though. I liked the fact that we stayed in Aziziyah, the apartments were nice and clean and the location was fantastic. I met some great people and we are still in touch. Alhumdulilah- Allah, the all mighty, has invited me for Umrah this February and previously in 2017 for hajj. Both of which I have booked with Quba travels. Alhamdulilah the Hajj experience was amazing. Quba Travels made it very easy for me and my wife to complete our hajj. I am very impressed with their experience on how, what and when to do things during our stay in Makkah and Medina. The Quba travel team was very friendly and approachable. We had a doctor who was part of the tour guide. This was very reassuring for me because I was worried about my wife getting sick during our journey and having visit a local doctor who may not speak our language would have been difficult. The daily seminars helped me prepare my mental and spiritual state before doing the pilgrimage act that was ahead of us. It was very convenient to have 2 Sheikhs along with us to answer our questions. For our stay in the Aziziyah apartments, Quba travels preallocated each individual into groups who have similar age, backgrounds, culture, professions...etc to ensure that we will get along well with our housemates. This worked very well for me and my wife. Everyone got on very well with each other. We had no arguments or disputes. The Quba Travels team did their best to keep the mood lively. There was a lot of laughter and good times. I’ll definitely recommend anyone to travel with Quba Travels for their Hajj. Quba Travel ltd was recommended to me by a friend and Allhumdulillah im very grateful for agreeing to travel with them, this was mine and my fathers first time performing hajj and I have enjoyed it incredibly, starting from the seminar, the detailed information that was provided helped alot, the breakdown of what to expect when you are there, the supplications to do, the intention to go with. Without this seminar it would have been alot more difficult (VERY BENEFICIAL) The apartment we stayed in at Minnah was very cosy, the food that was provided was very good as well, and if i wanted to eat out great shops close by, so no complaints. I appreciated the fact that not once did the Quba team treat aby of us that travelled with them like a regular customer, we all bonded so quickly like we were a family. I will definitely be recommending Quba travel to everyone I know. It has been an absolute pleasure travelling with you guys, and insha'allah will be travelling with you again.

We booked our hajj trip with Quba travel on the two week package which was just right for us . We met with the tour leaders at the hajj seminar which went really well. They explained everything to us such as the hajj rites, the Azizya apartments, Mina and transport food etc. We also had a chance to meet with the people in the group. The group leader that we were assigned was really helpful and approachable we met him at the airport for the first time. One of the reasons that we felt comfortable with Quba was that they were straightforward and transparent. So when we first talked with Adam and Shahid they both gave us realistic information about the hotels and the stay in Mina camp etc. Upon or arrival in Saudi it was pretty much as they described it. The Azizya apartment was ok as it was not far from Mina and on one of the hajj days we were able to come back to the apartment for a few hours to shower etc. The Mina tents were ok again. Obviously it's a tight squeeze but everything is provided for. Yes the toilet/bathrooms in Mina are a bit of a problem but that's the way they are unfortunately for everyone at the tents. The Shaikhs in the group would give regular talks while we were in the tents which was really enlightening. The tour leaders would take us to Jamarat so it felt safe being in a group due to the crowds. The Saudi government manage the crowds effectively and there's a huge amount of police and military presence. Before heading out to Medina ,the group operators held a mini party with a lovely cake, so we had a get together which was a nice touch. We were lucky that our journey and all that it entailed was smooth. The only downside was that we wasted one day in the Azizya apartment after hajj days as the coach was delayed going to Medina. It would have been nice to have an extra day in Medina. Understandably the two week package only allows you to pretty much fulfill your hajj rites with a few days to spare in Makkah and Medina. Overall we were happy with our experience with Quba, we made some lovely friends that we shared the rooms with too. Hajj was an amazing experience. Thank you to all the admin/ tour staff at Quba and the Shaikhs/Ustad and the doctor. You guys were amazing help! Keep upn the good work Alhamdullilah!.

Firstly I would like to say Jazakum Allah khairun to all the Quba travel team for making at a successful Hajj 2019 trip and allowing us to fulfil this very important obligation Alhamdulilah. We were on the 3 week 5 star package. The QUBA travel team are very experienced and understand the issues and difficulties associated with HAJJ and are able to guide you through it all as well as setting realistic expectations. Dr Waqqas was very knowledgeable on faith matters as well as being a medic and Ahmed exemplified great customer service. The lectures and seminars were great leading up to and during HAJJ and really helped in the preparation and Sheikh Faraz was an approachable and contemporary spiritual guide. The whatsapp reminders and updates were extremely beneficial. The days in MINA were quite comfortable and better than I had expected after hearing of the various horror stories from other people. We always seemed to have hot food and drinks and most importantly the toilets were not as bad as I had envisaged with credit going to the army of cleaners who did a great job. I am not sure this was the case with all the Maktabs but the standard of ours did seem a little bit better. Alhamdulilah with QUBA travel we were also given the option to stay the extra day in MINA on the 12th when most other groups had left and were not even given the option to complete this Sunnah. The food standard was reasonable throughout the stay in Azizyah and Mina. The Hilton hotel in Makkah was excellent with the breakfast and dinner buffets providing a great choice of food. The Hilton was literally 5 mins walk to the Harem. The group itself was great and a reasonable size so that you did get to know each other, It was also very diversified from a cultural view and quite young overall Alhamdulillah. Truly a great bunch of people. The negatives were minor in comparison to the positive points above but I have listed below to ensure that I am presenting a balanced view and this in no way should detract from an otherwise excellent Hajj experience. For a 5 star package the Hotel in Medina was a little bit below standard and regardless of limited choice needs to be improved at the price point of the package. We could have had better support and assistance with transport going back to apartments on 10 Dhul Hajj which was a very tough day after having spent the night Muzdalifah and walked to Mina. The hands off approach of the QUBA team largely worked quite well but just needs to be refined to provide more support at these more crucial times. Most importantly this was taken on board by the QUBA team (Ahmed) and they did arrange transport to Makkah for the tawaf when most other groups walked all the way from Mina to Mecca. Plumbing facilities in Azizyah apartments could be improved, we were advised that there would be 4 people sharing a Bathroom but we ended up as 6 which was not ideal. Hajj is a very important trip for any muslim and therefore it is very important to pick the right tour operator that works for you and to research it thoroughly. I would definitely recommend that you do consider QUBA travel when selecting your HAJJ provider.

Quba travel has made the Hajj experience very easy (2 weeks). They were always very responsive and did everything in their capacity to make hajj memorable for us. From sorting out flights, visas etc to enlightening religious talks they provided. I liked that their plan was flexible and always gave us options rather than force anything on us. I only take away one star because I felt like sometimes some slight bits were missing like Tawaf al wida and possibility involving people who are more reserved and more interactivity which I'm sure are sorted by next year. As this was my first time performing Umrah, I was apprehensive about simply choosing any travel agency so I made sure to choose one based on recommendations from people I knew. Quba Travel was recommended to me with lots of good words and I was unsure whether they could live up to the strong reviews I was reading/listening. However I can honestly say they went above and beyond my expectations! Every single question I had, no matter how small, was responded to very quickly and answered with all the information that I required. From the initial booking to arriving in Medina to travelling to Makkah, every part of my trip was organised seamlessly with not a fault. I felt very confident with this travel agency and I can not recommend it enough. Insha’Allah I will return on future trips. If you are considering this travel agency, then think no more. They truly pride themselves on customer service and go out of your way to solve any queries you may have. I look forward to utilising their services again very soon.

Fantastic choice for your travel Hajj, Umrah and travel needs. I travelled with them to Hajj 2019 and it was impeccable from start to finish. From the choice of airline and the guides waiting at the airport assisting in Quba gear to the reminders by the scholars all the way to the WhatsApp chat we have post Hajj with the group of brothers. There are certain things that are out of their control but you are informed timely through messages and regular announcements by the tour manager Shahid / Dr Waqas. You're given a lot of options with Quba. They will always have something going on but if you decide to do your own thing that is perfectly acceptable. An example if if you want to visit the Haram, you're more than likely however if you are resting for the Hajj days then they will have various talks going on. I visited various masajids that were on my bucket list, spent a lot of time in the Haram (probably more time than I did than Umrah). It's best to partake in because the brotherhood and I assume sisterhood that is built is superb. I've met some fantastic brothers and Quba faces a strong focus on tarbiyah and getting people involved. Location was great. We had dry cleaners, Bin Dawood and various other shops nearby. Walking back and forth from Mina was easy enough that you're able to do it yourself. All the accommodations are pinned on Google maps. We had Shaykh Haitham come in and give a great talk in Mina. Don't listen to anyone about Mina scare stories, the facilities are not that bad. Another benefit was the group size. Large enough you meet tonnes of new people and small enough you don't get lost in the crowd. I had friends travelling in the groups we stayed in next door and I can say hands down that Quba wins by the logistics experience. From the time to be ready to leave for Madina to the amount you should pay for cabs and a haircut on the day of Eid, these guys now their stuff. Also shout out to Adam, who followed up via call to see how things were post Hajj. I can't imagine a lot of tour companies do this.

hajj 2017 I booked my hajj trip last year ( 2017) for Me my husband and my two children, aged 18 and 13 years. Following a fair amount of online research and contact with a number of providers Quba travel hajj package represented good value for money and seemed to tick all the boxes , high quality 5 star hotel in medina. My expectations were not that high but I have to say that I was delighted with the services provided by Quba travel team . Everything was well organised from the initial booking confirmation, completion of the package paperwork, arranging the visas through to providing practical support during each step of the hajj journey . There are a number of parts of the Hajj journey where no tour providers have any influence in, in terms of transfer arrangements through to the facilities in Minah tents, however the Quba travel team made every effort to ensure the hajj experience was as good as it could be. This is the first time I have provided feedback on any travel website but I would have no hesitation in recommending brother Shahidur rahman and QubaTravel team .

Assalaamu alaikum. We would like to thank all the brothers at Quba Travel from the bottom of our hearts for such a wonderful experience for our Hajj in 2019. Alhamdulilah for all the efforts that all of the brothers put in, to make this journey so special. Having to choose a Hajj tour operator for our Hajj journey was not an easy task. We feel the transparency that the company showed from day one was a big reason for choosing them. A special thanks to brother Shahid, I think sometimes it went unnoticed that brother Shahid made multiple journeys to the various locations beforehand to ensure the smooth running of the journey for the hujjaj. I think his attitude always reflected his care and consideration towards the hujjaj. I think the communication between the Quba team and the hujjaj, exceeded my expectations throughout the entire trip. We even had our Aziziya room numbers and the names of the people we were sharing with, prior to us flying out! It really was a well organised trip. A big thank you to Dr. Waqas, we were very humbled that he stayed back with us, as my leg gave up after all the Eid rituals and could not walk anymore, he helped to get us a wheelchair and remained with us until we reached the Mina camp. A special mention to the donuts and cinnamon rolls that the brothers organised in Mina! I mean who gets donuts in Mina?......We did!!! SubhanAllah…….they were incredible after a long day!!! Brother Ahmed you have also been such an asset to the group. Your support to the more needy of the hujjaj did not go unnoticed and you have received many duas from all those whom you helped. Last but not least, the two scholars who came with us were absolutely amazing; Sheikh Faraz and Ustaad Asif Uddin. Having attended the multiple talks that, they held for the hujjaj, prior to the hajj and throughout the trip really helped to reflect on our journey and our lives and how we could improve upon ourselves. Ustaad Asif, we felt this journey would not have been the same without you, thank you so much for your undivided attention, the informative talks you gave, the tours you led; it has been highly beneficial to us and all the hujjaj that attended. With regards to the accommodation, the apartments in Aziziya were really lovely and clean. The food was nice too (Brother Shahid even treated us all to the famous AlBaik). It was a short walk from local amenities like Bin Dawood, the barber, the coffee shop and laundrette. The hotel (Hilton Convention) in Makkah was also very nice and the restaurant had a nice array of dishes for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel in Makkah was in close proximity to the Haram (around 4 mins walk). It was a very nice gesture that brother Shahid managed to negotiate extra days at the Makkah hotel without additional cost to us. It was such a treat to have spent an entire week at the Makkah hotel and being so close to the Haram. The Madinah hotel (Eiman Al Royal) was nice and a few minutes’ walk from the Haram, unfortunately we found the food at the Madinah hotel to be slightly disappointing, however I have been assured by the brothers that this would be something they would be looking into for their future Hajj tours Insha’Allah. I would also recommend people to choose the 3-week package as this gave us enough time to spend in the Makkah hotel, so close to the haram, we also enjoyed the visit to the exhibition of the companions of the prophets. We found the ziyarah in the 3-week package to be very fulfilling as well; as we attended a historical sites tour led by Ustaad Asif around the entire Masjid Al Nabwi, we visited Quba Mosque, the date farm in Madinah, Mount Uhud and had a tour around various sites in the city whilst on the coach, which Ustaad Asif talked us through and it reflected his profound knowledge. We have met some incredible people along this journey……it truly has been a journey of a lifetime. I would highly recommend Quba Travel to anyone thinking of fulfilling their Hajj.

Alhamdullilah I was blessed to go on Hajj this year with both my husband, and my mother, and we chose to go with Quba. They were an amazing tour group to go with, and always tried their utmost to make everything as easy as possible for us - even little things like what time we’d leave for the Jamarat, to where we stayed in ‘Aziziyah. They were also completely transparent with what they were offering - and explained in a lot of details what we’d need, what to expect, and made sure we were all very prepared. Lastly, a massive thank you to the tour guide, brother Shahid - he went above and beyond for us, and always listened to any problems/requests we had, and he was able to maintain a balance, in which he was approachable, and easy to give feedback to, but there was always a barrier in which he stays completely respectful, and he always did everything with a smile on his face, despite the problems thrown at him! I throughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely consider Quba as my number one choice for the future In shaa Allah. Took out an Umrah package with the brothers at Quba, this was my first time going and was very nervous throughout my whole journey but Alhamdulillah Adem and Shohidul made it very easy. They explained every to me in detail and what to expect. Transfers were really easy and hotels were exactly as described. I had some issues here and there but its more to do with the language barrier in Saudi as i dont speak Arabic so cant fault the travel agent for that. I had a guy there called Gulraz who was very prompt aswell. He would keep contact with me with regards to the traveling and helped me navigate aswell. Inshallah from now on whenever I want to go i will definitely come to Quba again and would advise the same.

From the moment we booked our places with Quba, the team was professional and always kept us in the loop. We really appreciated their calm manner and immense experience during the hajj trip itself- which meant that we could focus on the Hajj without being distracted by logistics and other potential inconveniences. A 4.5 star would have been given if it was optional, given that no one is perfect. But for the reason that it was either a 4 or 5, I had to go for a 5. The experience itself was Epic indeed. The support and assistance was above and beyond anything I thought would be available, especially for the reason that my mother was dependent on a wheelchair throughout. Some peoples assistance was exceptional, and only Allah knows how grateful we are to them.
