Excellent service. It is not a cheap Visa to obtain but I wanted the one which gave me multiple entries and was valid for as long as possible. What looked to be a very ominous Visa application process was made much easier to understand by the agency. Every question I had was answered quickly by them. I was very concerned about how quickly the Visa could be processed and if it would arrive in time. I need not had worried. It arrived ahead of schedule and I now have the Visa sorted. I have used the service before as it had been first class. They have been first class once again for me. I will most certainly use them again. I highly recommend them as they have exceeded my expectations each time. Well done and thank you especially to the agents Nikoletta and Vishal. You did a great job thank you.

The service was exactly as stated. Rapid by name, rapid by nature. There are pre-checks, so that once all of the documents are checked the submission, approval and turnaround time of the visa was very quick indeed. A door to door service meant that personal attendance was not even required. Guidance and assistance at each step, questions and queries dealt with in a timely and respensive manner.

Absolutely brilliant service. Rapid Visas picked up incorrect terminology in the letter of invitation from Saudi and advised me on the exact wording for my UK company to write to compensate for this. They kept me perfectly in the picture on Covid requirements and I had no difficulties. I suggest people going to Saudi get a local SIM card from STC as soon as they arrive and register the Tawakkalna App on that. Costs 30 SR, show your passport and give a fingerprint. App works better on Local SIM card. Thanks again for brilliant service

I was passed on by my colleague to one of Rapid Visa's employees, Vishal. He was extremely helpful and professional and guided me through the application process. My passport was delivered by Royal Mail, special delivery and Vishal took my documents to the embassy and had my visa returned to me just after the weekend. I made it out to KSA just in time before they closed the border in mid December. Once I have my Iqama my next task will be to get my wife over to KSA and I have no hesitation in using Rapid Visa and Vishal again. An absolute pleasure to deal with.Can't recommend them enough. It's essential to have someone you can trust because non Saudi's cannot enter the London embassy so you must have an intermediary. 👍

Process was smooth & quick once you have all the prerequisites in place. Good advice. No issues with the Visa upon entry or exit. In fact for some reason I could use the GCC residents queue, so this sped up immigration. The Letter of Invitation is specific to the visa entry type, so make sure you ask for exactly what you need. You cannot apply for a different type of visa.
