The coach stops were so convenient - being able to get on and off at Clifton Down station instead of being dropped in the city centre was a dream, coaches were on time, the coach drivers were so friendly and helpful, the coaches were clean and comfortable and the price was more than reasonable. I hope this company continues to provide such a fantastic service, I will absolutely be travelling down to London with them from now on! Very impressed. T. F.I used Sn-ap for the first time on a weekend trip to London from Leicester. The bus stops in both cities were close by to where I needed to go so it was really useful. Both bus drivers Chris and Paul were really friendly 😊 I received a lot of texts to remind me of my upcoming trips which reassured me of my booking! The journey was nice and everything went smoothly. My first trip was free but I'd definitely use this service again especially because of the price. It's hard to beat!
J. W.Very good value for money. Coach was delayed on way to London from Cardiff which was a shame but bus itself was very nice and comfortable, plus driver was very apologetic! On way back next day on different coach, was a bit disappointing as driver as rude and the coach itself felt a bit more grotty and akin to the sort of coaches you’d get on a school trip rather than on a ‘premium’ service.

The seats were very comfortable and the free Wi-Fi worked properly. I was greeted with a bottle of cold water as I got on. The coaches were punctual and there is a handy online map to track where your coach is.
R. J.I used sn-ap for the first time for a return trip from Bristol to London. I think this is a good innovation to organising coach trips based on demand and the prices seemed reasonable. I was happy with the text messages before the trip and also the live coach tracking (which actually works). THe coach to London operated by Anderson Travels was quite spacious and had USB charging points. We were greeted with Easter Eggs offered by sn-ap which was nice. The coach was on time and also arrived to London with some but reasonable delay.
THe coach to Bristol was operated by Bakers Dolphin arrived a bit late but there was London traffic, but the coach was a bit tight on space and also didn't have charging points.
Otherwise, I was happy with my first time sn-ap experience and would definitely consider it again. Recommend it.
M. K.The buses are really clean and spacious (some have tables), the seats are comfortable and the ticket prices are usually lower than those for Megabus or National Express. The drivers are very polite and the coaches always run on time. Really happy with this service, and I wish more people knew about it!
I. W.Luxury coach travel - the coaches used make such a difference in comparison to the standard services, and you’re not even paying a premium for it! Lovely friendly staff, excellent value and communication - very professional all round. C. G.I just want to start by saying the customer service related to booking of the journey is very good and I have not had any problems with it. However when it comes to the customer journey as a service they fall short. Hence why I am giving them a 3 star. Snap needs to pay more attention to the buses they use from 3rd party vendors. Please ensure the seats are comfortable and there is decent leg room. A passenger on board almost began to argue with another co passenger related to tight seating.
Also as a suggestion the driver should make an announcement for passengers only to use the seats they pay for during their journey and not cause an inconvenience by placing their luggage on seats to block other passengers from taking a seat that join onboard at a later stop. I think by taking some of these measures the service can make a difference.

When the return journey was slightly delayed due to traffic ,which I could track via the website tracking information provided, they rang me anyway to apologise and inform me of the situation. Friendly driver, comfortable seats, toilet on board and tables on the chair in front so I could do some sketching. Will definitely be using again!

T. L.Studying at University of Nottingham, had an interview in central London. First time user. Booking process is extremely easy - the system quickly finds coaches that fit your criteria. Extremely cheap compared to competitors. The coaches themselves were standard but expected for the price - comfortable seats, air con, toilet on-board. Took about 3.5 hours to get into London due to traffic. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Sn-ap and will definitely use them again next time I need to head into London from Nottingham. Hopefully they expand out soon!
C. Y.A great first Snap experience! A direct, fast coach connection between Bristol and Oxford for £5 means it's cheaper and faster than the train. Coach was on time, and its location could be live tracked on the Snap website (soo much better than Megabus!) The coach was clean and modern, driver was very friendly, free water was even provided!

Much much better than megabus! Our driver Mick was very good and the thing i loved most was that i could get down at Covent garden! 😁 he was kind enough to let us get down there even though I made the booking incorrectly to Finchley Road. There is no wifi or charging ports on board but that wasn't so much of an issue.
I travelled with my family. Usually, the other coaches or trains I take are crowded and we would have to cram ourselves in a tiny space! But we had a lot of space here! The luxury of having 2 seats to yourself! Aaaah! That feeling! Just amazing and relaxing !
Overall my first travel with SN-AP was a good experience. Would definitely recommend! Loved it.

If you're not starting from the origin stop, expect the coach to be 20-30mins late from their predicted time. But for £3 a pop, who can complain? Coaches are comfortable, always with a toilet, sometimes with table seats! Staff are super friendly and cool and we all got free mince pies when travelling around Christmas. :)
s. w.So easy to use, it was my first time using Sn-ap and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to find the stops (thanks to the directions and the images sent through). The drivers were both really friendly and the coaches were both of a high standard, comfy seats and tables - not overcrowded which has been an issue on other coach services in the past. To top it off the first trip for me and my daughter was free and we will defo be using Sn-ap again.
M. _.I don’t normally write reviews but the service Snap provide is impeccable! The driver I had was Michelle who was funny and welcoming just like all my previous drivers too. They are efficient as they do not tend to travel a long route or run late. Will be a continous customer as long as they are running.
K. v. H. S.Really Impressed with many elements of Sn-ap. The original booking point is easy to understand and choice of pick ups and drop offs suited me much better than other bus/coach services.
The communication afterwards was spot on. I received a text in the morning to say that my driver was on the way and I could follow on a map, and I got his name and the coach company and registration plate which was great to look out for as had never used Sn-ap before. Then a message to say he had arrived.
The driver (Richard) was nice and polite with a smile on his face. His booking in system seemed simple and efficient.
The coach itself on the way out was really nice with tables (and cupholders), power points, nice toilet and a map on scree to follow our journey. His communication was clear, concise and helpful for the journey.
On the way back we had the same company but a different coach. It had no tables but was again a lovely coach. Comfy and elegant seats, lots of room and very clean.
All in all, from this first experience I would highly recommend Sn-ap, and I also really love the idea behind it and as a side thing I have found a coach company from this area and am glad that they are part of this new method of travel.
oh...and finally, it was super reasonable. Put Megabus back in its box for sure.

I. K.Hello people, I am a student at Cardiff University and have travelled on Sn-ap twice . My most recent trip was yesterday from London to Cardiff .
Feedback :
1)I like their text alert service which send you coach registration number on your mobile before departure . This helps to find coach more quicker .
2-Pick up point in London is at excellent location . Coach picks you from inside St Pancras station which is really convenient compare to a 10-15 minutes walk to Victoria coach station from Victoria underground . If you are carrying heavy luggage in rain , it becomes more difficult to make that walk but with this coach service you can avoid all this hassle .
3-The coaches are Luxury coaches with TV on board and comfortable seats with tables . Driver told me that company was launched two months ago so in my opinion they are providing best possible services for competitive price . (At the moment)
4- In my previous trip , Driver handed me business cards to distribute friends and family to claim first trip free. It is still available for new costumers on their website. ( its worth trying )
5- The Coach stops at multiple points in Cardiff , this may help you to save taxi fare if you get off near to your place .
6- I travelled late (8pm-9pm) from London to Cardiff and coach was not crowded ,but I can see they will be busy in near future .

T. N.I had a fantastic experience with Sn-ap. Not only was my journey speedy and pleasant (with coach conditions far superior to rival companies), Sn-ap go out of their way to offer amazing customer service. I missed my bus to Nottingham, so they told me to get to the next stop while they let the driver know there would be a late passenger. I cannot recommend Sn-ap enough.

Just one thing more stops around London would be helpful as my family from south and it was a little difficult to get there but that’s something that can be added later...

I thought it might be too good to be true - it was only after 2 friends went on one, I actually took the plunge myself. I guess that's why these Coaches are usually less than half full. Pity. National Express has not had any serious competition, for years until now

M. M.great journey from London to Nottingham in November when they just started up. Really pleasant journey, went really quickly, comfortable facilities, really nice driver, no ticket required (you just tell them the name that you booked under). Would 100% travel with them again - if only they did Nottingham - Coventry!
M. S. (.Half the price of Megabus, quicker as it doesn't have as many stops and needs to exit the motorway. Had USB chargers, though this will be variable as they cook a range of coaches. Driver was very friendly.
W. H.Very convenient, very cheap and arguably a lot more efficient at getting down to the South West from London on the Train. Can't really recommend Sn-ap enough to be honest. Even leaving London during rush hour on a Friday seemed effortless, more so when you have a comfy double seat. Drivers were top knotch as well, shout out to Nick.

The good:
Good information and updates in general and about delayed coach.
Sn-ap stops at a few places outside the centre of Cardiff. This is convenient, as you can drive and park nearby for free, rather than taking a taxi to the bus station. We used the Newport Road stop.
Most of the journey's elements worked really well. Cardiff to London coach was a decker VDL from Watts Coaches, pretty new (2 years old) and rather nice. The driver Craig was nice and helpful, his driving smooth and comfortable. The service was late due to no fault of Sn-ap or the service provider, whole of central Cardiff was closed off for a massive cycling event with a number of road closures unannounced - a failure of Cardiff Council only.
London to Cardiff was on NAT's golden Plaxton Elite i with 'executive' configuration (40-something enhanced seats around tables and a full kitchen in the back). Driver Wayne again helpful, polite and again with smooth and comfy driving skills. Both coaches had good air conditioning and were comfortable in general.
The bad:
Just a few niggles. "Liquid only!" announcement on the use of the toilet on Cardiff-London trip. The coach hasn't been cleaned properly after previous day (sandy seats, smears on some windows). Lack of water in toilet taps on both coaches, which however could be ameliorated by using kitchenette taps to wash hands. Lack of toilet paper on the way back.
The niggles didn't overshadow the advantages however; I enjoyed the whole experience and will use Sn-ap in the future.

Pick up/drop off point is very conveient too.

I was looking for a last minute ciach ticket from London to nottingham and came to the getasnap website. Unbelievably book a ticket and have a nice ride to my destination. Very friendly driver, so flexible.

B.Snap is utterly brilliant and deserves to do well. They are so, so much cheaper than the overpriced and rubbish trains, and it is always a comfortable, relaxing trip. The existence of snap has made a big difference to my life as my partner and I live in different cities and are having to go between Nottingham and London each week. The train was bankrupting us: snap makes our life feasible!
