J. J.I visited this travel agent to get a no visa required for my new passport. It was hassle-free and I got my passport back after three weeks which they told me in advance. They called me when it was ready to collect. I am not giving 5 stars simply because my friend told me he had issues with a flight ticket refunds during covid and the staff were not very understanding or helpful - though that was not my experience.
