The service was excellent. Driver arrived on time and communicated the day before and earlier on in the day before arrival. Very professional and helped with the luggage. Nice and clean minibus, with plenty of space for all our luggage. His driving was nice and smooth. Will definitely use your services again.

Service and travel to the airport was fine. However a little disappointed, advised that we were a large party travelling to the airport. The vehicle was not equipped to hold the amount of luggage we had for a party of ten. Our luggage was piled high upon the back seats of the vehicle. God forbid had there been an impact the rear doors would have been obstructed it would have been better to use a vehicle big enough to hold all our luggage. Invoice #11760 from Travel Force

Very reliable and professional. Booked minibus (16-seater) for a trip to cruise terminal for an extended family holiday and collection at end of the holiday. Booking was very simple with extremely quick responses to all queries. Price was very competitive. Driver (Javeid) arrived in good time for both trips. He was always very courteous, professional and helpful, assisting with luggage etc. I would certainly use this company again for trips in future. Recommended based on this experience.

Excellent service specially from our driver Nadeem. We booked the van for 11:00 am last Saturday and the driver came 10 minutes earlier and gave us a call that he has arrived. We were group of 10 people, as some people were late, our driver was happy enough to wait for almost an hour for them without hesitation. Our van was spacious and clean. I would like to thank travel force and specially our driver Nadeem for the patience he showed on waiting for us while pick up and collecting back. Though it's my first time, I have used Travel force, but I will highly recommend to my families and friends.

We booked via the internet and their price was SO competitive we had our doubts BUT Have to say 1st class mini bus, 1st class service and 1st class service! Booked this company for my stag night to London. My fiancée also booked with them for her do as her minibus company let her down. Was a last minute booking. I just want to say what a fantastic professional company this is. The traffic to my pick up place in Dunstable was severely disrupted and the driver called me every 15 mins on the progress which was great customer service. He was bang on time for the pick up and so was the minibus for the Hen do too. First time I have used this company and was somewhat nervous as it was for 10 of us for an Airport return including lots of luggage but needn’t have worried . Bang on time for the outward journey and even phoned me as we were waiting in luggage collection area on our return to explain procedure. Excellent price for round trip. We have been using Travel Force for various corporate events for over 3 years now and each time the service has been excellent - in fact it has gotten better as they have this year updated their fleet of minibuses. I have been making all my bookings directly with Kamran (who I understand is the owner) and he's been brilliant - very friendly, professional and understanding of our requirements. We often hire minibuses to fit up to 8 people (but we are always provided with a bigger minibus, which really maximizes comfort, especially when the journeys are 3hrs+ long). There has aso been times when I've had to change details of the trips at the very last minute but Kamran has been very accommodating in all instances. This is also reflected in the drivers who are equally personable and accommodating with stops, turning up/setting off late (our fault!) and keeping us appraised of his location and ETA. Highly recommend Travel Force.

I used this company to take a gaggle of girls for a 10th birthday party. So easy, and very reasonably priced. They ended up being cheaper than renting a mini-bus and driving it ourselves. Very quick and responsive booking system - the only company who answered the phone on a Saturday. Nadeem the driver arrived early and was very jolly and patient with a bus load of excited girls. I would definitely use them again and it was great to leave the driving to Nadeem.

I found the process of getting a quote really quick and easy. I booked for transport to and from the airport, on the day the driver gives a call to say they're coming and even on pick up they have flight details so know of any delays etc. Very friendly people and the service was great. Was due to be picked up by a driver at 4am to take me and 6 friends to Olympic Park for RideLondon cycle race. Driver called night before to check details all ok, and suggested turning up 20 mins early in case of road closures. He picked us all up, and our bikes, and then found route to circumvent all the traffic closures, and somehow managed to get us to within 3 min cycle of our exact entry point to the event.
