Excellent Service! We chose Travelway for our Hajj and Umrah and it was the best decision we have made. The manager Sheik Mohammed Osman was very accommodating, respectful, thoughtful and organised everything very well! All the other staff members were also very friendly and helpful especially Sheik Mohammed Amiin who went out of his way to help us and Sheik Mohammed Ali who was also helpful. Overall, our experience with Travelway was phenomenal and I would 100% recommend to everyone to choose Travelway!

The best travel way of the world I would put ten stars but there are only 5 sheikh Moahmed osman manager of the travel way and your team you helped us a lot and yous were very careful of me and my family . At first I was worried but then i felt like I was at home and with my family so thank you for the most amazing experience but special thanks to Abdirahman who brought us the documents without him I wouldn’t have been able to go to Hajj but most of all thank you to everyone who helped me my daughter and son through this beautiful journey Jisakalah kayarn

Exceptional Service! This was my first Hajj and Umrah and so I didn't know what to expect with their entire process. However, because of Travelway my mind was at ease. The Travelway Agents were extremely accommodating, respectful and professional with regards to everything from hotels, food, touring etc. All my Thanks and Duas have gone towards the agents in particular Sheikh Mohamed Osman, Mohamed Ali, Mohamed Amin and Abu laila. I have done Hajj 2015 with these guys and I have to say they ticked all the right boxes for me. First they keep you updated once you book a package with them. They organized a Hajj seminar two weeks before departure where Muslim scholars (Ulama) gave us lectures about Hajj and how to perform it. These Ulama travelled with us right to the end and were available at anytime to answer any Hajj related and non Hajj related questions. This was very important as everyone wants to perform Hajj deeds correctly with the help and guidance of a respected Sheikh. Although Hajj is not like any other holiday but people still expect first class services and facilities. Travelway were good at this and staff were available throughout. Accommodation before Hajj and after Hajj was 5* and 4* and room allocation depends on your package except in Minah where the standard is air conditioned tents. The only negative thing I have seen was the long wait for the coaches at the airport and transfers between holy sites which was beyond the control of these guys, and loading a large group of people onto coaches was hectic at times as it is difficult to get people to queue up once they get tired. All in all it has been a good experience, if you are thinking about doing Hajj go for it, don't delay it and Travelway ltd will make it easy for you Insha Allah.
