I was worry when I read my reservation because my DOB was wrong. I thought I would be trouble when I get airport. So I try to chat about that with Andy. Andy helped me and guaranteed It is not problem. I calmed down when I heard that .

Booked a flight with Getaflight through sky scanner last night. Only received a confirmation email after completed the payment. Was abit worried when go on google and read reviews about this agents. Most ppl books flight with them through Skyscanner. So did i. Had a chat again with another assistant on online chat box this morning. Very quick reply from the assistant actually . His name is Andy. Was very helpful by his assistance. I received all the ticket number and airline booking ref this morning after the chat. Hopefully my flight in April going to be smooth and not gonna be cancelled by the agent or the airline which i am flying with in the last minute as others reviews here. Finger crossed 😅😅😅

Booked through Kayak and Voliamo happened to be the booking agent. Got my e-ticket within minutes of booking my flight. All further dealings were with my airline (United) which was also a great experience. My tickets were sooooo much cheaper then the next cheapest: Direct return from London to LA for £330! It seems it's a bit risky if things go wrong, looks like it can get a bit hairy but in my honest option it's well worth the risk! And they ARE NOT A SCAM COMPANY!

initially I was unsure whether to book the flight with them, the payment link was always expired when i was ready to pay, but the eventaul got sorted out and manage to pay, the agent was nice and made surew we got our eticket within few hours of payment and promised to keep me update with any flight changes. they are not always reachable via telephone, but very efficent on email, however i would still think twice before business with them again.

was directed to voliamo from a comparison sight and met with amazing costumer service help from NICK! i have never had to book flight prior and with the easy chat section on there website it meant nick was able to arrange the whole booking for me and get a awesome price!!! all i had to do was fill in an address and poayment details on a secure link!! would highly recommmend for anyone new to flight booking :))

My experience with the company was extremely positive. They were very efficient, including dealing with emergencies: American Airlines cancelled my flight from the RDU airport to JFK, they gave me a good list of options, and I chose an excellent replacement.

Very good place.... people like 'David' Hannam and Jehengir need to learn and appreciate the domino effect of the pandemic issue instead of coming on google to vent out! Learn how to be patient and most importantly WAIT these things MAY take time! It was ramadhan when you vented out a month ago tut tut.. Anyway well done to Voliamo on bringing back people from abroad and stood united with airlines to bring back Brits who were stranded out there ....and I hope all your families and yourself are staying safe and well through this turbulence. Don't let narrow minded impatient customers bring down your agent! Word of advice to avoid losing costs BOOK ON A CREDIT CARD TO AVOID disappointment! P.S refund policy may be 7 days (in your head) but A. Not according to legislation and B. HELLO it's not been normal since COVID19 outbreak WATCH THE NEWS INSTEAD OF VENTING AND THREATING WITH HMRC (maybe you should look at IF you are dodging HMRC too!) P.S HMRC don't deal with vexatious claims but good luck trying....be careful as an attempt to defame and tarnish businesses could come back and bite you!🤣

I'd been checking on prices of flights from the UK to the USA basically daily for the last few months (my partner lives there and I regularly travel over) but was constantly seeing prices that were extortionately high and most didn't include baggage. I'd seen Voliamo pop up on Momondo a couple of times and as their prices were so low, I didn't even look into them as I thought "If something seems too good to be true, it usually is" . Well today I logged on to check prices through Momondo again, and Voliamo came back cheaper than any other by 200 pounds including baggage! I called before hand just to make sure (as I'd read reviews) and I confirmed the times, baggage and flights with a member of staff over the phone, then booked online there and then with her confirming that they were true prices with no catches. I've had all my documentation through, and I've even double checked with the airline and chosen my seats. It's all legit and I'm ridiculously happy. I think the key with any online travel agent is to call ahead before booking, or email if you don't live in the UK. They'll be able to tell you if the price you're seeing online is true / live. I've booked with airlines in the past and they've called me 20mins later to tell me the flight isn't confirmed or that the price has gone up (which I don't honestly believe can happen in such a short space of time between you booking and paying, I think it's a scam to lure you in by advertising false prices) and that's what I thought when I saw Voliamo's prices.. but it's worked out amazing and I'll definitely be checking flight prices with them in future!
