Would definitely recommend Wexas. Efficient and prompt handling of the booking of our holiday to Oregon, with changes to the suggested itinerary no problem. What an amazing holiday in Norway! All hotels superb; faultless transfers; excursions booked and absolutely no hassle. Amazing service from Miranda who helped when the internal flight home was delayed meaning we would miss flight to Heathrow (which we didn't). Cannot praise the travel arrangements enough. Information and advice from Patrick was excellent and really helped us to finalise our itinerary. First quote was very high but the revisions were more reasonable for our budget. I had actually enquired last year about doing this trip and was expecting to be contacted back about it as per an email received at the t8me. In the event, I made the contact on the back of a general email advertising New Zealand holidays.

Norire is a helpful and very pleasant chap to deal with over the phone. He kept to his promises and made sure that all details are nailed down. I cannot say how the trip was as we have not yet undertaken it. I think the confirmation could break down the overall cost in a bit of detail so we could decide whether or not to undertake some parts from a cost point of view, but I understand why any travel company would be hesitant to do so!

The holiday booked for May 23rd to Venice and sailing on Oceana has been cancelled. Sadly to date no refund has been offered and no date has been given for the return of my money. I realise that I am protected by Atol and credit card terms but information from Wexus is sparse. It is odd when you book your money is taken instantly but the reverse is not the case. Expecting people over 70 to commit to a future date next year is not acceptable. Companies must except that future business depends on the treatment received now. As a last resort we are entitled to claim through the County Court and will if needs be.
