Excellent service off Peter no pressurised sales techniques just very friendly advice and guidance on products. When my friend was under palliative care the store either had the goods in store or next day service. Also very comforting staff could not do more for me at a distressing time. From feeding aids to slide sheets and incontinence aids and safety products alpha mobility had it all. 20 years serving the general public says it all. Many thanks to Peter and his staff.

I took. My mobility scooter into Alpha mobility (2000) Ltd after going to various other mobility shops and them telling me it could not be repaired I would need to buy a new one. But Peter at Alpha said he would take a look at it and two weeks late rang me to say my scooter was fixed and ready to pick up and at a reasonable charge for the repairs ten out of ten for your help Peter........

I purchased a bed from this company and some bed linen as well. Amazing! The bed is super comfy and the bed linen silky soft. I have a broken spine as well as multi joint osteoporosis and arthritis so therefore perfect. Adam delivered bed and linen together, erected the bed and gave me a demo as well. Even took away all packaging. Bonus! A really lovely chap, who I’ve contacted over personal little issues and got advice and reassurance. I cannot rate this company enough. I will definitely recommend them and will purchase other things as needed from them in the future!!!!!!

Couldn't have been easier. My Mum was in need of a chair for the weekend and couldn't bring hers on the train. Went in to ask about the process before she arrived and was greeted well and was assured it was no problem. Arrived with my Mum and it the easiest 'transaction' ever. Very accommodating and friendly. AlphaMobility for scooters, stairlifts, showers and mobility aids, but surprised to find they also supply Arthritis gloves! After my wife and myself were having difficulty with Arthritis in the thumb, AlphaMobilty supplied the appropriate sized gloves and relief at last. Excellent customer service, so if you want a pair of gloves to a shower etc., This shop should be your first port of call. Highly recommended.

Big thumbs up to Peter 👍 at Alpha Mobility (2000) Ltd, Whitefield, Manchester. I had to hire a wheelchair for 1 week after my wife suffered a displaced fracture in her foot. Poor upper body strength made using crutches unsafe so we needed an alternative while she had a plaster cast on. Peter made the whole process simple and and was able to provide us with a suitable appliance that I was able to push but also allowed her some manoeuvrability. I can definitely recommend this business for any people who may have either a temporary or more permanent disability.
