Recently booked a trip to Australia which Catherine helped me with. Each time, whether it's been a short trip to a European city or a 2 week summer family adventure, the holiday has been tailored to meet our every need. Catherine takes time to really find out what you want from your holiday, then extensively researches the options to give you the best choice. The quality is always exceptional. Then from checking you in to your flights to the welcome home postcard, everything is taken care of with the reassurance of an experienced travel expert available 24/7 should anything go wrong. I cannot fault this excellent service and have already booked a skiing holiday with Catherine in 2020.

We have booked more than one holiday using Catherine's services and on each occasion she has responded promptly and efficiently to our requests, whether this be after the initial enquiry or when we have wanted to adjust dates, itinerary or cost. Once booked, the paperwork for the trip is handled for us, including check in for our flights. It is also comforting to know that Catherine or one of her colleagues are available to contact should something unexpected happen while we are away.

I contacted Catherine after Thomas Cook went bankrupt last month. I needed advice on the holiday we lost for May next year. Catherine was amazingly helpful even suggesting changes to our original itinerary which made far more sense and cutting down some of the original costs. I had heard about her services from my daughter who said she was very knowledgable and new her stuff covering every aspect of your trip. I also needed to complete a very complicated process to get my deposit back from ATOL and Catherine very kindly sent me the link to start my claim and also suggestion of all the pitfalls to avoid having my claim rejected. Obviously I am going to book my replacement holiday with her now because in an ever increasing difficult world Catherine makes it easy.
