Wonderful experience with John who had all information at his fingertips. In a relatively short time he was able to book 2 staterooms for me and my family. He was able to answer my queries immediately and in a very professional manner. Excellent customer service really polite and friendly. However I was slightly annoyed to find out some information about when booking Bella room on the msc compared to fantastica you don't get to choose your eating times they aren't garenteed. On the phone I explained that I'm not sure what everyone else is booking yet as there is a group of us he said we would be fine to have the late dinning. Come to find out this is not a garenteed case.

My husband and I booked a cruise for later in the year, sailing on the Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas. This is not the first cruise that we have booked with Cruise Club, we have used them for many years now and have always been happy with the excellent customer service and price.
We appreciate that currently there is a delay in getting a refund due to the current Covid situation and have been told it is due to the delay in the cruise line sending the refunds through. We have every confidence we will receive our refund.
We will certainly be booking again with Cruise Club.

I contacted cruise club regarding a holiday I had seen advertised and spoke to Marcia the sales person.Marcia was enthusiastic and friendly and made it so easy to understand everything about the cruise
She sent me an email with all of my questions answered which made me feel at ease about any hidden charges and additional cost around the holiday
After a week of thinking and discussing with my friends we decided to book I contacted Marcia as she was about to leave work , she said it was best to sort the details out now if I was happy to proceed as the cruise was popular today
I gave her the details and booked , to help me pay the deposit she was allowing us to pay our deposit over two months as it is such a large amount

Cruise Club representative Ian Laxarus was really helpful in arranging to put back our cruise until 2021, even helping us find a different cruise, as our original choice was no longer on the programme.

We saw a deal on travelzoo and called up cruise club. We spoke to a man named Ian Lazarus who provided informative but friendly information with regards to the cruise that we had seen online. He answered all of our questions and more and we went away to discuss booking the said holiday. We decided to book and gave Ian's direct dial a call. He was unavailable at that time but we left a voicemail and he called back within 5 minutes. He took us through the booking process in a timely manner but without missing out any information that we might need or want to know. Overall, a very pleasant booking experience, would recommend. Just booked a cruise with Cruise Club UK, paid nominal deposit and car parking. Assistant was very helpful and documents arrived confirming booking number. Tried to pay final deposit a few weeks later and unable to get through. Talked to a customer adviser who called back within a minute of my request. He e-mailed a link to pay online, which worked OK.

Great Service and never felt under pressure . I booked my 5th Cruise with Cruise Club UK with sales agent Ian Lazarus. Besides explaining to me the different options NCL offer either with drinks or without he explained that without drinks will be more beneficial to us as I am not a big drinker hence saving me over £350 per person . Just booked our cruise with Cruise Club Uk, second MSC cruise in 12 month and I have to say the service we received was second to none, they advised us on drinks packages and excursions, even on where best to visit on ports of calls, as most of their travel consultants have already visited the ships and the ports so their knowledge is first class from experience. Thank you cruise club for your first class service, I certainly wouldn't consider booking anywhere else.

Have used CCUK in the past with no real problems, however I have had a couple of issues with obtaining my FCC details with a recent booking, obviously they have their backs to the wall with all that is going on, and I do think Celebrity has to take some blame, hopefully this issue will be sorted out in the near future, will let you know!
